After struggling elsewhere for days, I finally got some quality sleep at this hotel. Yes, the bed is soft but I slept great. Room faced the river and the hotel itself is built well so I never heard other guests, and I’m a very light sleeper so that was fantastic. I could open the window and get fresh air if needed. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. The woman who works there was extremely kind and sweet and even gave me some fresh plums one day, which really hit the spot. Location is great, quiet street but great coffee places and restaurants nearby. 1 minute walk from giant bicycle where a lot of tours start so it was very convenient for that.

Rooms on the smaller side but that’s normal for Georgia. No elevator (for people with mobility issues). Odd TV setup (same socket used by TV and water kettle so it’s one or the other) but since Georgian TV is all dubbed, I couldn’t watch it anyway.

A cozy little hotel in the center, very comfortable spot to go anywhere. Rooms for guests are on the second floor, and there's no elevator. Be ready, it's not easy to go with a suitcase. + perfect bed, spacious room, very clean and big bathroom. + friendly lady manager who was always ready to help.

- a room needs more hangers for clothes, there were couple of them, it's not enough. - "mountain view" is a bit exaggerated. Technically you can see mountains but just a small hint of them over the top of metal roofs. And the window itself is small and situated on top of the wall. It was a bit hard to open/close it.

the hotel is central the stuff is really friendly the room is cozy - when you get used to the smell, it gets fine i had a really good sleep

the hotel is central in a nice quiet street, but the taxis do not find it - it's a permanent bug in the navigator. so the taxi will drop you in a parallel street and you will have to walk like 7-10 mins up the hill to find the hotel. and when you call taxi for pick up - it will not be able to locate you, so yet again you have to walk for liek 5 mins to a place where the taxi can locate you. the hotel is old and does not smell good - smells like and old closet - like chabby clothes from grandma's damp suitcase. the bed linen are clean but really old

I really liked this place. Cozy and clean. Nana was really nice and kind, helped me with everything! The view from the window was nice, I relaxed very well, thank you! ❤️

It was difficult for me for the first time to find way to the main road (city centre) but later I found it and understand that there is a little problem with traffic lights for pedestrians, sometimes there is just no way and people walk across the road without a crosswalk😅

Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - on a lovely green street, although in the city centre and very close to shops and restaurants, but still a bit aside from crowds. Windows facing Leo Kiacheli str. offer great view to Kura river valley and the eastern part of the city. Room is small, but nicely decorated.

Sound-protection of the room leaves much to be desired. Bed linen and towels are old, shabby and need to be replaced.

I was lucky enough to stay in this cozy hotel. I was greeted by a nice elderly couple who helped me in every possible way throughout my stay. The room was very cozy, always clean and quiet, the windows overlooked a pleasant view of the city. I would also like to note a small living room where you could relax in your free time from walking around this wonderful city. Overall, I had a nice time

Excellent option for this part of town - clean and cozy with super helpful staff (bonus for keeping my luggage nearly the entire day!). I was in town for a wedding with the main party staying at the Radisson just down the street. This was a far more wallet friendly option that didn't sacrifice ambience or good service.

No complaints - there's not an elevator but staff will help with luggage.

Great staff, everyone I interacted with was super helpful. Location is convenient, everywhere I wanted to go was within walking distance. There is also an ATM and an exchange office nearby. Very comfortable beds.

Some spiders come in when you keep the window open for a bit. A fly screen or something similar would be useful. Might be a temporary problem with my room but the shower didn't work properly. It took about 10 minutes to get warm once, and didn't get warm at all another time. The placing of the table and the chair didn't make sense. The desk was at the end of the bed, and the chair didn't fit into the empty space so it was just next to the table. This made it impossible to use the desk for work.

Great location - in the city center but relatively calm, very friendly hosts, clean apartments. I can definitely recommend it as the best option for its price - if you are staying in Tbilisi for a few days.

This cozy family managed hotel is a great example of Georgian hospitality. If you want to explore this amazing city, to receive a really personal and warm attitude, meet local culture - this would be a great choice for you. We are definitely coming again to this hotel, waiting forward our next trip to Tbilisi
