The hotel is located in the heart of the city and all the picnic spots (Peacebridge, Cable Car RideFunicular etc) are within walkable distance. Walking around in this place is mindboggling, The staffs are very courteous and caring. Mr. Alexl did a wonderful job in arranging a taxi in the morning to go to Bakuriani and came all the way up to the taxi stop with my suitcase. Keep it up Mr Alex and on the day of my arrival the person at the reception (forgot his name) also was very helpful and he promptly informed Mr Alex to arrange the taxi in the next day morning. The property has everything and the only drawback is it does not have elevator and no indian TV channel.

We liked everything, the hosts are very welcoming, the hotel is right in the center of the city, located in a very beautiful place. The room was very spacious and comfortable, there was an electric kettle, crockery, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a nice balcony. The beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty. On the top floor is a wonderful terrace with a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. We were extremely satisfied!!! If we visit the city again, we will definitely choose this hotel! I recommend with great confidence!

Staff is very friendly. And what is more important staff has quick response. Hotel building is in very nice place, close to all possible POI in Tbilisi. Rooms are cosy and with great amount of sunshine

Great location, very big room for the whole family to be together. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the room was clean.

We didn't mind, but if coming with a lot of baggage you should know there is no elevator. Also no air conditioning

Hotel Bella Casa is a amazing hotel to stay, all staff are very kind and polite specially to Mr. Acho, he is very flexible to the clients, he will do his best to let the tenant's be happy and comfortable. Checking In & Out is very easy and hassle free. Best hotel location in Tbilisi as it is located to very known and popular street in town which is the Rustaveli avenue. You will not worry about the transportation and tour agents as they are providing it to you if you'll asked. Will definitely comeback again and will recommend to our friends. I was tripping for business. Very comfortable hotel with good location, and very friendly stuff who were always ready to help. Have nothing to complain. Room was clean, view was adorable, have free tea, coffee and water in my room. wifi was free and good connection even in room. you can check in to hotel even in late night or early morning, no minute to wait. reception always friendly and can assist you with your question or problems. thanks a lot Bela Casa hotel for such great service!
