everything except at the gate when you arrive by car no body comes outside immediately to greet you and take your luggage or your shopping bags, we had to go inside and ask for someone to help us so many times. also they don't park your car through valet, we had to park our car by ourselves. reception team are fantastic, room is amazing, breakfast over the top, entrance is so beautiful.

The pool not heated enough , we couldn’t swim

The room had a great view with a window-side seat where I could even stretch out and relax. The bathroom and bathtub were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was perfect for every occasion—before check-in, breakfast, coffee to go, and even working after check-out. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just right. I also appreciated the staff’s flexibility and their warm, professional attitude, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The only downside was the check-in process, which took some time. It wasn’t the staff’s fault, but with only a few counters, things slowed down when guests were unsure of the procedure.

An easy review to write. Great Georgian hospitality — Ana on the management team, Giga the concierge par excellence, Giorgi running the show and on top of everything in the Filini Restaurant, outstanding service in the breakfast room from the lovely charming Eliza and Nusra — great staff (also in Cafe Iveria), great facilities, great food and drink offerings, great location. So good to be back among my friends after many happy past stays! And the top quality across the board (smiling housekeeping staff included) continues!

Breakfast was good. Rooms spacious. Location close to amenities and main high street.

The cleaning pattern was sometimes inconsistent between the rooms. One day my room was cleaned and when i came back in the evening to my surprise there was no towel in the bathroom. I did inform the reception next day about this observation. The security staff at the hotel are not smiling. I have complained to the reception on an incident when one particular security guy came to us while our kids were quietly sitting on the floor of the seating area infront of the reception and told us they shouldn’t be on the floor!Just like that!For no reason! There is no sign saying kids shouldn’t sit on the floor! The shift lady manager came and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience which we appreciated.

This is our second time staying here. The on site restaurants, bars, and pools are excellent, as is the view from your room. The bathroom is spacious and has both a rainfall shower and a bathtub.

The included breakfast is nothing to write home about, and the “couches” in your room are purely for aesthetic reasons. I can’t imagine anybody comfortably sitting on them. Most damningly, in the two years since our last stay, nothing has really changed except for the increased price.

Room was good, modern clean and decent size. Great view on top floor of the city. Great italian restaurant in the hotel - good quality at decent prices (for europe standards). Staff was pleasant overall Location is convenient, easy to grab taxi, still a 20min walk to center of old city though

Regarding the room, one very annoying point, the curtains are too small to cover the large windows (City view) and at night you have a lot of night coming from the City in the room. All night.

Good location, perfect spa zone with city view, varied breakfast. It's very convenient that there is a money changer right in the hotel.

A little old furniture in the rooms. If you order some room service or other services, you have to pay for them immediately. You cannot put the cost of a meal or other service on your room and pay when you check out. It’s not very convenient or usual for five-star hotels, in my opinion.

I was on the 16th floor the view was exceptional, the location is immaculate and the cleanliness is on point.

I think its a culture thing but there staff is a tadd rude - probably because of the language barrier. Staff doesn't necessarily find alternatives to a an issue super square and not very flexible .
