The property was clean, the location was perfect. The Staff was supportive.

The sofa for kids was very uncomfortable, the towels were Turkish, would prefer to use Georgian products while in Georgia.

I just stayed one night, but it was a wonderful experience. I have told my family that we are returning together to Tbilisi for a trip focused on Georgian food (wow) and we will be staying here. Their breakfast will be where we will start as the breakfast was magnificent. Get to breakfast 15 minutes late so that all the amazing salads and Georgian food is set out. “Bob” at the reception spoke English and was so courteous and helpful.

I liked everything: nice staff, clean, comfortable room, elevator, location and that amazing breakfast. When you check in they have a complimentary glass of Georgian wine - though I don’t drink and no alternative (local pomegranate juice?) was offered.

I had a fantastic stay at A5 Hotel Tbilisi. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The view from my room was stunning, offering a beautiful glimpse of the cityscape. The location is perfect, centrally situated, making it easy to explore Tbilisi’s top attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

Very strange situation with the restauran - I just tried to have evening dinner there, but once there was some event and next day it was just closed. Also they have bar next to reception and there was no any staff, you can't get even cup of coffe.

Excellent location, very nice staff. The bed is comfortable, wifi n elevator. We were given nice breakfast box at 2h30 (am) before heading to the airport. The receptionist arranged a cheap taxi to the airport. Every day we got clean towels n water.

No tagging with names in the breakfast. We asked about one pepperoni the first day we went and the staff said it is chicken.. 2 days later we discovered it was pork!. It will be better if the names of the food types are written so the customer doesn't have to ask..

I just can’t get over how at home I feel here. Friendly reception and that breakfast! This is my second stay and I’m so impressed with the security and comfort that seems standard here. On the day I left for the airport, they prepared a lovely bag lunch for me to take away because I was leaving too early for sit-down breakfast!

The hotel can meat expectations either for business or for leisure clients. Good rooftop floor with piano lounge, music sets. Breakfast with wide assortment is served here: buffet with Georgian style. It's one of the best area of the City: not the mere old town where everything is close to each other, planned hundreds of years ago. Hotel is very close to the center, with good car accessibility. Different sizes of rooms are available. Hotel stuff is rather helpful, accessories were available.

Everything was great. The hotel parking is under reconstruction - for some time you can use street parking nearby. You are not in the middle of nightlife and for me that was an advantage: walkable distance through the pleasant city.
