I had an excellent stay! The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel truly welcomed. The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day. The food was absolutely delightful! Each meal was a perfect blend of flavors, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The presentation and quality were exceptional, making every dining experience memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and great food. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

After a bad experience in another hotel in Tbilisi. We moved to River Side Hotel, where we found a very kind staff in the reception. She helped us to a early check in. Nice breakfast.

Travelled for a family wedding, the hotel location is very good, I liked a large terrace balcony and breakfast, lots of nice decor items and smell

From booking, the team was incredibly attentive and responsive to any need, creating a sense of comfort that stayed with me throughout my visit. The location itself is fantastic, offering convenience. I also appreciated the thoughtful effort put into offering a variety of breakfast options each morning, a small but meaningful touch. What stood out most, however, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff given the language barriers. I had the chance to meet the owner, whose care and respect for his team was evident and deeply admirable.

I recently stayed at RiverSide Hotel and had an exceptional experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests, whether it was arranging transportation or recommending local attractions. Special thanks to Lana and Alex as well! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated (We had deluxe rooms with balcony). The bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like the plush towels and high-quality toiletries, which were filled daily in case anything was missing (I genuinely haven't found that generosity anywhere else). The hotel’s location is perfect; centrally situated, making it easy to explore the city. Many attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, offering something for everyone. The view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking, providing panoramic views of the city skyline. It offers a great selection of cocktails and dinner dishes.

The only problem is the parking; if you have a car, it might be a bit difficult to find a parking spot, but public parkings are available nearby.

The moment I entered the property I felt warmth the colleagues smiled directly as they sand up immediately to greet me, they was so passionated welcoming me, as soon as I arrived they offered me a help with my luggages. The check in procedure was quick, when I entered the room, it was so clean smells good and tidy. Over all experience was fantastic highly recommend and of course I will be back.
