Everything was wonderful! Location excellent! The service was excellent. The boy and the girl from the reception are very kind and solve that you need. The room perfect! Breakfast excellent! I recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at RiverSide Hotel and had an exceptional experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests, whether it was arranging transportation or recommending local attractions. Special thanks to Lana and Alex as well! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated (We had deluxe rooms with balcony). The bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like the plush towels and high-quality toiletries, which were filled daily in case anything was missing (I genuinely haven't found that generosity anywhere else). The hotel’s location is perfect; centrally situated, making it easy to explore the city. Many attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, offering something for everyone. The view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking, providing panoramic views of the city skyline. It offers a great selection of cocktails and dinner dishes.

The only problem is the parking; if you have a car, it might be a bit difficult to find a parking spot, but public parkings are available nearby.

The moment I entered the property I felt warmth the colleagues smiled directly as they sand up immediately to greet me, they was so passionated welcoming me, as soon as I arrived they offered me a help with my luggages. The check in procedure was quick, when I entered the room, it was so clean smells good and tidy. Over all experience was fantastic highly recommend and of course I will be back.

The washroom was little bit smelly

It’s like a second home for me, I love the place, style and scent of the lobby. Breakfast is top class and waiters so nice. Clean and uniquely designed property.

Nothing, free champagne daily and great internet

This place really stands out, it had a charm of a house of a notable person or Georgian lord, cozy, high ceiling and despite being small, with luxury details. Historical Italian style but with local charm, lanvin bath lotion, great breakfast and nice scent are what I enjoyed. Terrace was full of locals

Nothing about the hotel itself but I did not like that on other street there were some protests at night, however I was lucky as this place was further away but still in the center, could enjoy all the spots of this city

The hotel is not large but the details and amenities and care it offers deserves 5 stars. I am usually picky and found great staff, good welcome chocolates, free champagne in the lobby, detox drinks and amazing breakfast. It even included chocolate fountain, almonds and lot of option, the space is called Tiffany and it is very elegant but smaller. Room cozy, good cosmetics and nice bath.it is charming as I like historic hotel, at least it says so from outside. Location is top

Clean hotel in a good location. The stuff is very nice. The breakfast is good.

You get a room with a balcony but actually its a shared balcony with all other rooms. Which means that everyone can strall around your window. So if you want privacy, you must close the window and the curtains. Which means you actually dont have any windows and any day light. Also at night they run out of hot water in the shower. And asked us to wait 20 minutes and then another 40 minutes. It was already 1:30am, so we went to sleep just like that.

Staff, Staff and Staff. They are welcoming smiling faces all time, welling to help and to answer any questions, I came across 3000KM Away from home. In this hotel I really feel like I’m in my home between my brothers and family. Specially thankful and appreciated for *Mr.Tengo the head*😉 , Mr. Alexander and all Staff in hotel reception, kitchen, restaurant and Tiffany terrace.
