I LOVED my little mezzanine bedroom, it was like a cosy tree house. The quirky vibes really complement the faded grandeur of its location on one of Tbilisi's unrenovated streets that are chock full of character. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Really great area too, close proximity to the Art Palace, superb coffee shops and loads of really good places to eat.

The steps up to the mezzanine were crazy steep- I was a little bit worried that I would wake up in the night to pee and forget how steep they are and go headfirst. Fortunately that didn't happen!

The hotel is located in a quiet street very close to the metro station. You can easily walk to many places of interest or the railway station. The breakfast has some variety and with quite a few options it's impossible to stay hungry even if you don't like one of the components. The staff is incredibly helpful in any situation. The room was spacious and that little top floor became our favourite cosy hangout place for the late-evening tea, talks and reading. It's a great place to enjoy vibrant colours, a bit of a retro touch and the comfort one would expect from a hotel.

Some elements in the room would benefit from a bit of work (e.g. the water tap was a bit tricky to close fully), but those were the tiniest details which went along the general design and did not affect the stay in any way.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely book the unit again. The breakfast was decent, though I would suggest upgrading the bed as it feels a bit old, along with some of the other amenities. That said, it’s still a worthwhile hotel to visit in the area, and the excellent service from the staff truly made the difference. Thank you!

The caretaker of this hotel is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was always smiling and helpful. She served us a huge Georgian breakfast upstairs in the morning, which was all included. The rooms and Inn were on a quiet side street, but also right there you can go 1/4 block by foot and see all the excitement in the city. I was amazed and impressed. The rooms are so carefully decorated and while the building is old, they made that work perfectly to their advantage and themed the whole place off of old cultural and historical accuracy. We all loved it and we will be back many times.

Lighting a little dark in the room making it hard to see Very weak (almost unusable) in rooms on the main level. You'd have to go to the upper level lounge to use wifi.

The interior is stunning. It’s like a little museum that is making you amazed constantly. But even better part is the cat that lives in the hotel. He will not bother you if you don’t want to and will spend time with you if you like cats. Will come back especially because of the cat :D The receptionists (we met two while our stay) are both the sweetest and willing to accommodate your every need.

Cloning during the stay can be done a bit better. But it’s not crucial

As i walked in i was greeted by the friendly gentleman that works at the reception. The hotel is stunning, being a old building. Each room is unique and beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed. Within walking distance to everything. Small tip - dont use taxis to get there. I was robbed by a taxi driver. Rather make use of bolt. And the reception can also arrange a airport transfer. I will stay there again

The location was perfect; easy to reach (we took the metro), with cafes and bars nearby; walking distance to the city center. The hotel has stunning interior design; both rooms we booked looked exactly like in the pictures. Simple breakfast. Bonus points: There was a gorgeous, affectionate house cat roaming around! Overall, a lovely place; would definitely stay here again.

Some items in the room were not maintained super well (towel holder fell off; bathroom door couldn’t shut; metal loops sticking out of the staircase steps—probably remnants of a past decoration—and it was possible to hurt your foot by stepping on them).

Really liked this hotel! If you are looking for cozy artistic vibe this is the place to stay. Very nice staff, always accommodated the needs. The breakfasts were huge, lots of food (maybe not for western liking or if you on a diet, but they were great) I really liked the location. Very close to many cafe's, both Georgian and international.

My room was facing the street so it was a bit loud from random cars. But other then that it was awesome

Cozy hotel, very well located and staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a side road and is there for not too loud at night.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom (at least in in our room) which created kind of a stuffy air inside the room. The rooms are rather dark but as we spent most of our time exploring it didn’t matter to much.
