The hotel was clean and very comfy , close to a metro station and supermarket downstairs open 24/7 , the location is very good. The stuff was very helpful and we were very welcomed by Artyom and Shalva the registrar team they made our stay very convenient the made everything possible early breakfast, late check out and even kept our baggage safely after checking out as our flight was at night . As for the breakfast Julia and Milena made us a very nice and delicious breakfast, with good variety , the quality and taste was excellent. And we can’t forget Diana who cleaned our room she do everything even without asking changing what needs to be change ,thank you all for making our vacation so comfy and convenient.

You’re never too far from the city’s vibrant heart. Parking: 8/10 Parking is convenient and relatively hassle-free, which is a significant plus in a busy city like Tbilisi. Availability is generally good, making it a great option for those traveling by car. Customer Service: 10/10 A major highlight of my stay has been the exceptional service from the front office staff, particularly Shalva and Artyom. Their attention to detail, knowledge of local tourist attractions, and readiness to assist with any request has truly set this hotel apart. I had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was truly exceptional. Artyom and Sharvala went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect — from smooth check-in to helpful local recommendations. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed. They were ready to accomodate many last-minute requests that we had and also helped us arrange local tours. The rooms were perfectly clean with all the required amenities and gave a cozy vibe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The location was great, not very far away from metro station. Staff members also was polite and nice.

The apartment had a very weird smell. Also, the bathroom needs renovation. There was no normal knife in the kitchen, no microwave and no oven even if in the description it was written that it was here. Maybe in the hotel somewhere but not in the room I paid.

Everything was fine. The hotel is situated in one of the historical districts of Tbilisi. We had a room with a street view, allowing us to enjoy the sight of the beautiful buildings, including a modernist-style theater. The hotel staff was very friendly and ready to help, providing all services quickly and efficiently: room service, laundry, and a kitchen with tasty breakfasts, etc. The hotel administrator, Artyom, was especially kind, offering all necessary assistance concerning our accommodation.

Nothing to complain, actually.

The first thing I encountered is the receptionist. Artyom is the first person I met in the hotel. He is welcoming, helpful, and responsive to all my requests. I really value his service and warm personality a lot. I also found other hotel staff as good and helpful.

Although room cleaning staff are responsive, generous, and doing their best but may be due to overwork or whatever other reason a little more can be done. This is not really a matter of concern but of improvement.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, Artyom helped us with rooms and also was available in the middle of night for help. Concise and great facility. We got it in 860 AED and it was value for money. All basic requirements are full filled. It is located in the best street nearby cafe and restaurant are available. Located in the middle of SPAR and Carrefour.

The hotel doesn't have elevator but if asked the staff helps with your luggage.

The staffs are very attentive and friendly such as shame that im bad in remembering name. Staff name is sounds like Shavegli the night shift staff in particular is the best!!! He attends to our request even in the middle of the night. Location wise it’s accessible to lots of great restaurants and shopping areas. The breakfast of the hotel have a decent food selection but food quality us really good.
