Amazing staff! Especially Sevillay in the kitchen who made us feel especially welcome and also made me the best omelette in my life. Also very sweet waitress who gave us coffee every morning! Spa was very nice. Was a little worried about extra hidden costs after reading the reviews, but this was NOT the case. We paid only for what we took from the minibar which was also very reasonable price. Water pressure in the shower perfect. Size the room is what you pay for. Not big but very cosy and well designed. Big TV with all the smart features which was a big plus when we were adjusting to being jetlagged and not being able to get into a sleeping pattern routine ;)

The rooms not so soundproof

The hotel is lovely and comfortable, in a very convenient location. Rooms are nice and cozy, you have everything you need there. Breakfast is delicious and located on a top floor, which has a perfect view on mountains. Everything is in walking distance, and you can easily get taxi to go somewhere far, plus Reception is always happy to assist with calling taxi for you. Staff is just amazing and very professional!!! I was meeting my family here since almost 3 years. It was a perfect time there! Also, me and my partner felt so warm and welcome, and it was our anniversary, the staff delivered wine and fruit plate to our room to congratulate us. We were so happy and surprised! I want to mention and say Thank you to: Amin, Marjan, Sam, Sahaz, Malayek, Jamshid, Iman, Sam, Afsaneh, Diana and Ira. They are stars! I will definitely come back here again and recommend this place to others. Thank you so much for this experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. One highlight was our experience in the hotel’s restaurant. The lady and the chef working there were exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and always had a warm smile. The staff is absolutely top-notch – the whole team, especially those at the restaurant, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. From the very first moment, they made us feel right at home. A major plus was that they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help since we were very tired and needed some rest. This gesture really showed how much they care about their guests, and we were truly impressed! As for the hotel itself, it’s a great choice for the price. The conditions are decent, and the services provided make the overall experience a pleasant one.

Hospital staff and friendly ambient

Very good location and stylish rooms. Very friendly staff and management. The breakfast choice took a bit of time to get used to but with the very friendly help of Malaika we always started our day in a very good mood.

Some rooms are on the small side and lacking storage space. It would help if the wardrobe would have more clothes hangers. Our initial room had a small technical problem with water running outside of the shower. The management resolved this quite fast and generously by providing a new and better room to us.

Great stay in a lovely hotel! Very nice location, clean and tidy room, delicious food, comfortable bed! The atmosphere is so cozy and warm, we felt so welcome here, and we would like to thank you everyone and mention amazing staff: Amin, Marjan, Sahaz, Sam, Malayek, Jamshid, Iman, Sam, Afsaneh, Diana an Ira! Everything, I stayed with my son for 2 nights, the lady in the reception was super nice, my son who is 9 years old starts asking about the hotel and she was extremely happy during the conversation, check in was super quick, the room was slightly small but very causey and nice, breakfast was very nice and has variety, my overall experience was excellent, the location is super and near too many restaurants and groceries around by walking and easy to move to the tourist destinations, thank you for the lady in the reception and the other one that was taking care of the breakfast, everyone was super helpful and definitely next year we are coming back

The property location is very nice and close to various amenities , receptionist Mr Emin and Mr Sam was very friendly and helpful and specially thanks to chief Sevilla and Miss Licca are very welcoming during breakfast timing they were very happy to host to every one and were explaining about the food for Muslim and non Muslim people there were catering every one very nicely

The hotel looks like business kind a hotel with no souls lol. Btw i met there kind and friendly stuff and plus idk her name but she was the best who work at reception sometimes and i mostly saw her in the kitchen taking orders for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast was well enough full fill belly. the location is quite perfect and safetier ever.

There is one thing that i dont like here is the walls of the room are very thin.
