This is a business economy hotel, not a luxury or vacation-oriented one. I opted to work remotely and also enjoy exploring the city after work. Consequently, the room was a bit small, but it offered great value for the price. The location is conveniently close to many places that can be reached by Bolt or taxi.

The bed was a bit stiff, almost like a single or queen bed. It wasn’t comfortable, but it did the job. The cafeteria wasn’t free and served some kind of cantine-style food. It was okay, but not that good.

I stayed here last year and happily preferred to stay again. As a traveller for business, I worked with the laptop comfortably on the desk and chair which were right suitable for this purpose. The reception was available at all times with nice and fast assistance in every matter. The rooms have an amazing view as the hotel is situated at the 16th floor of the King Residence building situated on the right bank of the river Mtkvari. The bathroom was reasonably large, with all equipment functioning properly. There are a few branded fast food restaurants plus a few local cuisine restaurants within 10 minutes' walk. The bus stop is very close, yet the short walk when coming to the hotel with slope upwards may be tiring if your luggage is heavy.

I was allowed for an earlier check-in. The room at 16th floor had all basic equipment as required. The balcony view was impressive, overlooking the Mtkvari river with a view of the majority of the city. It was a single room, the bed was larger than a standard single bed, with quality bedlinen; and sleeping was comfortable. Tea-coffee varieties with kettle and water were satisfactory. As the hotel is a part of a business bıilding with offices, it shares the same spacious lobby and the three elevators. There was no long waiting queue at the elevators even during working hours on a monday. Elevators worked reasonably fast to take you to top floor rooms. The breakfast was rich with varieties of cheese, fruit, nuts, jams, pastries plus boiled egg (not sure if they would prepare omelette upon request, worth trying). The breakfast lounge at 17th floor, with nice tables and comfortable chairs, allowed a great view of the city with huge windows. The reception works at all times, even if you may need to wait a few minutes at times for the receptionist to come. All receptionist staff as well as breakfasy lounge staff were friendly, helpful and English-speaking. Public transportation works quite well in Tbilisi and there is a nearby bus stop to go to any district of the city. A few major fastfood restaurants at a walking distance of 5-10 minutes and also more traditional restaurant choices are available if you walk over the bridge nearby to the other side of the river. The bus line 337 that departs every 15 minutes (except after midnight) from the international airport, takes 50 minutes at easy hours and more than one hour at daytime, to come to the stop near the hotel with a fee of 1 GEL that is about 0,40 cents. It is cheap and easy to use the public transportation with the navigation applications on your mobile phone, accurately most of the time.

When you go by bus to the hotel, or walk from the other side of the river, you need to walk the last 100 meters of the way upward to reach the building, which may be tiring with luggage. On the contrary, if you are to take a bus to the central districts, then it is an easy downward walk of a few minutes to the bus stop. There could be afew more hangers in the warderobe for clothing. There could be a glass-like item in the bathroom to put the toothbrush etc.

Good location, clean rooms, room service are very kind and honest they did found some of our valuable items and returned it back to us… we love the place and shall be in our schedule again in the future

Very good location with spacious and clean rooms and we also got an excellent view on the top floor which was amazing. Staff were very helpful and prompt.

breakfast buffet was very fair to average and should be improved for a hotel like this. There were no bellboys to help with our luggage on check-in and check out. Had to do it all on our own.

curtain couldn't shut properly, leaving a gaps so that sunlight can wake you up. not convenient for light sleepers..

Great place. The room was big with an amazing view of the city. Nice restaurant, the steaks were great. Very kind staff. And plus a super swimming pool. Everything was enjoyable.
