The hotel is new and nicely designed. The balconies are large and very clean. It is very comfortable to sit on the chairs and have a coffee etc. on the balcony. The bathroom is especially beautiful and there is a rain shower and high quality tap etc. Friendly staff.

The smoke alarm has a green light that flickers all the time. It illuminates an otherwise very dark room and is a nuisance. We were very tired so we fell asleep easily but if you are not the light that is located right above the bed is a potential disturbance (especially if you sleep on your back in which case you will probably not have a good night sleep). The lights are also too bright (there are 4 lamps on the ceiling above the bed. Two would be sufficient).

Very calm room with very good sound isolation. Very silent air conditioner. A lot of shops nearby and a good restaurant in 10 minutes walk.

The view is just on another buildings which are not so new. Just a small part of hills are visible between them. The jacuzzi is leaking, and leaking strongly. But for me all of these minuses are nothing when you can sleep in a calm conditions.

Excelente bed and shower, with a great view from the city. Markets and restaurants near by (1-5 minutes walking). Very cosy, comfortable and the apartments are brand new 🤞🏻❤️

Nothing to complain about! Amazing place! The only small thing is that the place is 10 minutes from the old Tbilisi, so keep in mind to take a bolt to go to the main city attractions. But this is a luxury comment, the place is amazing!

Everything was very nice. Kind personnel. Have small balcony in each number. You can use mini bar for additional charges.

Location of hotel is on the last floor of the building. The room is very small, but have everything what is necessary. But if You have few big bags, will be almost no space. But in general - very nice simple hotel.

In short: real Rooftop at the 10th floor with stunning views and new brand new and quality renovation, but without lobby We were at room 308 with huge panoramic windows from ceiling to floor starring into Mtasminda mountain - it worth to stay there just because of this view. The beds were comfy, the room was very spacious and the place is very quite. The furniture and the sanitary ware were brand new (Grohe and Vitra). The bonus - a big balcony along all the windows People at reception were very friendly and allowed us to change the room. WiFi was good to manage long video calls. 2 big supermarkets located at the same building Even two LCDs in one room :)

There is no lobby, just a tiny reception and eight rooms. That means - no breakfast, no place for morning workout, no place to invite friends. However, it wasn't a problem for us - the room and the balcony are big enough to have guests. Funny thing: somebody missed hot and cold pipes, so be aware in the shower and WC flushes with extremely hot water :) (it also could be a problem of an odor in a toilet room) For longer stays ask for a deluxe room because it has mini-kitchen

entrance downstairs is not in good condition. not having enough toilet rolls.... as they do not offer daily room service. you have to demand the cleaning. therefore often the room will be out of toilet rolls without you noticing it.

The staff is very friendly. They made us feel like at home. They are so attentive and kind. They also attach great importance to the cleanliness of the room, as a result, our room was always clean and well-maintained. Thank you so much for making us feel good. It will definitely be our home in Tbilisi from now on. We look forward to returning to that hotel. We definitely recommend it to everyone.

We like everything

The hotel was completely clean, and the staff were very nice. Great rooms, very comfortable. And also anything you need, like transportation or supermarket,... you can find it in a 5-minute walk.

The main entrance hall is a bit little narrow, and the street has nowhere to park the car/taxi.

Entrance, and the elevator are a bit narrow, so you probably can't take your luggage to your rooms in one go.

The room was very spacious, the bathroom was well equipped with jacuzzi bath and shower, the bed was so comfortable and the views from the large balcony were amazing. The staff were very helpful and there was parking at the hotel:

For me the location was perfect as I had a car but if you’re on foot then it’s a little out of the way to the old town
