I lived here for three days during my trip to Tbilisi. The place is just great, located in an old but gorgeous authentic building in Vake. There is a KFC restaurant across the road, and you can reach any destination you need just by using the bus stop nearby. The price per night is good as well. The staff is very kind and hospitable, I really like them. The room is clean and has everything that you need for your trip. A small improvement that could be made is to add disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. To sum up, I can say that this is a great hotel and I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tbilisi.

The neighborhood is the best for cafes and stores catering to the local affluent and student segments, unlike the tourist traps in the historical parts of the city.

The bathroom light was too dim, was hard to shave.

Loved everything about this hotel, which is located at the very prestigious, safe and central area of Tbilisi. Room was super clean, it had everything you need and staff was beyond helpful. Overall, you get much more than you pay for, thanks, we will come back!

The elevator located on the second floor only and the door scarry painted by hooligans.No disposable hotel sleepers, at least in my room..

The place was excellent. The room was also clean and cozy.

Unfortunately, the water in the bathroom was cold :(

Based on hotel cost, all were good - it’s real good value for money. No bad breakfast, but you can’t chose anything else without extra payment. Staff don’t speak English, except reception, but mostly it’s enough. it’s not downtown, but location is comfortable.

Bathroom is small and a little bit dark where.

Perfect Location, 24 Hours supermarket is near, Pharmacies, Cafe/Restaurant/ Shoes/Wear/Mobile Phone Store/KFC

Very friendly staff. Very good location on one of the main streets of Vake district, close to everything you need. Roads, sidewalks, parks, ... everything is western/modern (at least I think so :) ).

Perfect location, especially if you visit TSU and Illiauni -just several minutes to walk. Very clean room with an air conditioner. Tha staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony to sit out.
