The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location is the very center of Tbilisi, two minutes walk from the central avenue, but on a quiet street away from the noise. The hotel has its own small courtyard where you can relax, listen to the birds singing. The staff is very kind and attentive to each guest. Inside the room is big, perfectly clean, recently renovated, orthopedic mattress of excellent quality, beautiful design, a lot of interesting details. It was cold outside in May, but the heating was on inside, they take care of the guests. Breakfast is continental: cornflakes with milk, boiled egg, ham, cheese, bread, coffee or tea. You can make your own hot sandwich in a toaster. I recommend Madera Hotel for accommodation in Tbilisi. Thank you very much and good luck!

Everything was great!

Everything for me was exceptional, nice and cosy hotel located a quiet area, excellent location, i liked it very much. The staff was very nice especially Shorena in the reception, very sophisticated and intellectual lady it was good to find someone who speaks fluent English. I'll definitely come back if i visit tbilisi again. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Nothing.

The staff was very friendly. The neon sign helped me find the hotel quickly. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there were various items like toothbrushes and toothpaste that I highly appreciated.

The internet was behaving strangely. It did not seem to get to my room. Even if I connected, it would disconnect after some time. Video-calling my loved ones was not possible.

This is a family-run small hotel with <10 rooms. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and they really care about their guests (even if there may be minor language problems). The rooms are simple but clean and have what you need, incl a TV and also a minibar. In the bathroom you do get shampoo and soap. The place is very close to the Tbilisi State University, where our conference took place. It is also close to quite a few restaurants and cafeterias. The actual center is not far to walk. We were very happy to be able to have the breakfast served at exactly the times we needed (very late in the morning after our arrival in the middle of the first night, early on the next days when we had our conference) - appreciated this very much.

The staff is very welcoming and are always willing to give information about the city. The rooms are very neat and spacious. The beds are comfortable.

That I couldn't stay longer in Tbilisi.

The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They offered me some homemade cake and tea and helped me with finding good restaurants in the neighbourhood. There was a little problem with the toilet but as soon as I told them about this they fixed it immediately. Very positive about this experience, big odds that I’ll come back here when I stay in Tbilisi.

The wifi was a little bit unstable my last night, but that could’ve been just me.

This family run hotel is big on comfort and heart. The room was exactly as pictured with everything needed available. The location was secluded, breakfast was superb and the hosts were available anytime to assist (call taxi/ order food/ answer questions etc). I stayed for 2 nights, and checked back in for another 2 nights on my way back through Tbilisi. I will definitely stay here again.

Small old hotel on a quiet street, covered in ivy. Coolness, fresh air and silence. A wonderful place where I will be happy to stay next time. Demanding lovers of luxury and quality should choose a newer and more expensive hotel. But for me, the window of the room, through which wild grapes "tend to enter" into the room, is more important and more pleasant.

In our room, the electrical outlet near the TV did not work, but there was an extension cord and I solved the problem :)

nice room design, comfy bed, fully functioning toilet and shower. early check-in. we booked 4 hours before showing up there and they met us and checked in earlier than they were supposed to – very sweet :)

we were asked to handle the key to the receptionist every time we would leave. kinda weird plus they weren't typically at the reception

An excellent hotel and its staff is above the splendor. The hotel is in the middle of the country, and I read from every place you need to go to. The breakfast is wonderful, it feels like you are at home
