Overall a comfortable stay and location was within easy walk to many sights, cafes and metro. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great having a lift. Staff on desk whilst front door open, felt safe and secure.

Light in the room would be better without the 2nd decorative set of curtains draping across the room away from the windows. Pillows could do with replacing as felt a bit old and doonas were too thin meaning had to leave heating on all night making room stuffy. Water in shower was only warm and not hot. Kettle was sitting on desk but kettle plug could not reach power point and stay on the desk so had to move a bedside around so it was low enough to plug in. Cups provided for tea and coffee too small, mugs would be better. Breakfast was nothing to get excited about, although the staff were great, but with so many local nice bakeries close by it could have been better than very ordinary.

Lovely neighborhood, safe and welcoming. Clean place of course! Balcony room was aesthetic-i needed that vibe and felt fulfilled!!! Every shop you need is there like I went down the road searching for an adapter to charge my devices and i did found a shop in no time and bought unlimited internet on same shop too. Thankful for staffs Marika and Mariam. Very helpful and kind 🫶🏻 I travelled alone and felt really safe and was happy during my stay! If you want to go Old Tblisi only 4 gel by Bolt, it was no issue for me. Old tblisi is jampacked ᴡith tourists. So if you want a little bit away from that, this hotel is perfect.

The hotel was centrally located, close to supermarkets metro and bus station. The building was converted into a hotel 2 years ago, so rooms are quite new. The room was spacious and clean. Surprisingly, electric sockets everywhere. Breakfast was very good and clean. Lela, the lovely lady Incharge of the breakfast treated us like her home guests and prepared for us fried eggs and omelette on our request. The receptionists, Marika and Levan did not hesitate to help us and to guide us wherever we want to go. It was lovely chatting with them and learning more about Georgian culture.

I actually liked everything. Only one recommendation -- real coffee instead of instant coffee would be a big step to become even better place to stay in Tbilisi and I would return for another week in Febryary! Otherwise probably will try a different hotel next time. Also a few nice touches could be added to breakfast, some small homemade delicacies would make one feel like home there!

In its price range, this is a hidden gem. It’s hard to find a good hotel in Georgia—even international chains often fall short in terms of service. This time, I got lucky. I highly recommend it.

I suggest offering more breakfast options: pancakes, sour cream, pastries, and yogurts. A simple smile and a warm greeting—both at breakfast and during check-in—can melt away the fear and awkwardness of a tourist arriving in a country known for its incredible hospitality.

Initially, there was a mix-up with my room reservation, but the staff promptly upgraded me to a better room for the first night. The next day, they switched me to the correct room while I was out, which was handled smoothly. The hotel itself was great, with a fantastic location and very helpful staff.

My only complaint is the breakfast—limited choices.

the elevator is on the mezzanine floor and therefore it is necessary to carry the luggage up the stairs to the elevator on the ground floor - noisy water pipes and a dog howled/barked during my stay in the neighboring room - view from the window to the roof (room on the 1st floor), but in the city center with a location between buildings it is understandable - average breakfast

I've got a great stay. Perfect location, everything super-clean. Room is small but tastefully designed. Bed is comfy. Shower is hot. Everybody is super-friendly.

Breakfast is kinda strange. Couldn't really complain for the price - but just keep in mind that you'd probably need to find some place for breakfast in town.

This is the second time my mom and I have stayed at this hotel, and it was a much better experience than in December 2024. The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities—including the shower, towels, and dryer—were all in good condition (a big improvement compared to the budget double room we had previously). The balcony was a great addition, offering a nice view and a comfortable sitting area.
