1) The view from the apartment was incredible. Totally worth the money paid. 2) The bed was comfortable. 3) It was very clean inside the apartment. 4) The stuff was very nice and I liked the no-contact instructions by the app.

1) The shower was heavily leaking, that was bad. It was a known issue and no one seem to care to fix it. 2) It was late in the evening when I checked in and the lamp at the door was not working, it was hard to see where to go.

Location was a bit hard to access, especially to get in the building, be prepared and also communication can be a problem sometimes, but at least before arrival you can try to connect people and ask necessary passwords to get in the building, otherwise it would take a bit of time to communicate with locals, however there are plenty of free wifi points in streets, if you don't have any local Sim card or internet to make a call, try to find free wifi points or go to the closer coffee shops and take a rest and speak to responsible person for the access to the building.

Please be informed that in case of a hot day - it would be not comfortable to stay without working AC, so just turn the AC on for the whole day)

Great location within a 3-5 minute walk of the bus lines, taking you to old Tbilisi. Wonderful view of the city and a clean communal kitchen to use. Clean bathrooms with amazing natural lighting

The Air Conditioning could have been a little stronger, but given it was the heart of the summer. The room was fantastic and did get noticeably cooler than outside when coming back home.

Windows and view are amazing. It was the main reason why we chose this hotel and they didn't let us down. The rest (bed, bathroom, etc) was totally fine as well.

It was a bit cold when we arrived but after we turned on the heating the temperature was fine (there are both radiator and AC). And the mattress is soft, I like something more firm. But it doesn't matter at all for a few nights :)

Amazing view from the huge terrace is the key advantage, but everything else also was great: clear check in instructions, convenient communication with staff, big kitchen as a surprise. The only issue — shower needs to be fixed, but this problem can be solved in an hour.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for exploring the area. They kindly gave us a free upgrade, which was such a nice surprise. The view from our room was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

not enough towels,no foot sleepers(single use), no shower robes, not very clean , night lights not works.its not warm room .
