In this hotel you will like everything, starting from the friendly staff in the reception they were very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is perfect in the middle of everywhere 👌, the room is clean and nice the bed is comfortable, the hotel in my opinion is the best in tbilisi, many thanks for the staff specially Mr. Ali is in the reception and miss tamar and all the team. This was our second time staying at Mercure Philharmonic Tbilisi, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has an excellent location — quiet, yet close to everything we needed. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the front desk team, especially Achi and Nani, for their exceptional hospitality. They welcomed us warmly, offered early check-in free of charge, and even upgraded both of our rooms — which was a very pleasant surprise. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued as returning guests. Highly recommended hotel — and we will definitely be back again!

I’ve had a truly amazing stay, with the most beautiful room. The Hotel’s team are super professional, attentive, kind and polite. It’s not my first stay at Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure, and I’m going to stay only here if I’m in Tbilisi again. I liked everything.Before I arrived they satisfied my request for what I asked. Management, administration, security guards, cleaners, everyone is very friendly and responsive, always ready to help, to advise. The place is very convenient, the location is the city center.My check-in was at 3 o'clock, I asked and they accepted me earlier. They gave me a room with the view I asked for.I would like to thank all the staff and say a big thank you for everything they have done.I was very pleased.

Location is good. It has a beautiful hall/Lobby. Everything seems to be brand new. Room is comfortable, bed is confortable, airco worked perfectly. Sound isolation is good, you do not hear anything from outside. They have an iron and an ironing table in the room, which is priceless for people traveling for work.

Room was too dark, specially on the desk area. I had to use the desk to work in the evening, and it was hard due to lack of luminosity. It seems there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so moisture remains there for days. Nothing dries out there.

Everything about the hotel, especially its staff, is really exceptional. I had to cut short my stay short in Tbilisi due to the sudden passing of my father; the hotel was very understating and allowed me to use those days at other occasions without any extra cost, which was really wonderful and so nice from them.

Everything was smooth and the facilities exceeded my expectation.

Everything was good in general. Very positive personnel, always ready to help. Clean room. The room smelled of fresh linen. Built in charging ports Type-C and USB. Good location.

Lack of hair conditioner and body lotion in bathroom. 5th floor, room without balcony. Breakfasts were too expensive, but there were a lot of other places to eat near the hotel.

Hello. My stay at Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure was a real pleasure. In addition to the comfort, cleanliness and especially the 24/7 gym, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, especially Tener (I didn't remember exactly) who, in addition to being kind, was prepared with breakfast even though we checked out at 4:00 a.m. Thank you, I'll be back soon..

Prime location in Tbilisi. Quite and neat regardless busy streets around. Excellent rooms! Reasonable priced. But most important: exceptionally friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They treat guests like a family! Looks like the management knows how to pick and to hire right people. I’m happy to recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tbilisi. I almost never write reviews but today I believe that the front desk staff Tckara, Luka, Nika and Maga deserve my special thanks!

I love the hotel , the location is perfect, the rooms assigned to us came with an amazing terrace. that gave extra seating space outside of the room. the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The issue i found is not particularly related to the hotel, but to the city in general in case you are a person with a phobia from dogs, it get quite scary as soon as you leave the hotel door it is almost definite that you will face a dog Infront of you.
