Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, enjoyed interacting with them. The queen room was top notch, very clean, photos are accurate. The bed was very comfy while the balcony is spacious and has a great view. Interior of the hotel is tastefully done, very welcoming. There is a great terrace to have your morning coffee in. Location is absolutely incredible, beautiful neighborhood with numerous great eating spots and bars nearby. It is close to the main attractions of the city too. Metro station is 10 min away, but there are multiple bus stops even closer.

Wi-Fi coverage on the upper floor needs some improvement. Breakfast was good, so this is not really a negative per se, but it could do with a bit more variety, especially important for stays that are more than a couple of days.

Best location in Tbilisi (some tourists would opt for historical centre but this area is actually the most comfortable). Hotel is new and the rooms are nice. Liked the balcony. Stuff is nice as well. It was great that I was able to book the same day with a discount an hour before check in, cause there was an issue in my AirBnb. The price was 175 GEL per night per 2 adults with breakfast (was a part of the deal). Although for a greater price maybe wouldn’t be a great value. Special thanks to hotel stuff!! They found a fridge for me to keep some souvenirs before out flight after check out, and found weights to weight our bags 😅

Nothing that I “didn’t like”, just comments! The only issue for some people would probably be heating. AC works as a heater. So it will be noisy at night. Otherwise it works great. Also, the gym isn’t really equipped, however same as pictured (sauna closed as well at the time we stayed, also we knew it). Probably with some more equipment and spa opening would make it best. Also, breakfast is not the best hotel breakfast some European guests maybe expect. However, the breakfast culture in Georgia is different, so from this POV the breakfast is fine. I wouldn’t pay for it separately (there are some nice places just around the corner), but if that’s part of the deal - go for it.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Sephia Hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and had everything you might need. The facility includes a gym, as well as a space where you can do laundry and iron your clothes. I also loved that the rooms have a balcony. If you need to work from your laptop, in addition to the desk in your room, you can make yourself comfortable in the small garden or the dining room. Overall, I found this place to be great for solo travelers like myself.

Breakfast is a joke, not even close to any of the pictures you can see on booking. To be honest I chose this place also for the great breakfast reviews but it was a huge disappointment. Old bread and always almost finished that I needed to ask for more to be put in the basket every morning. No napkins for breakfast. Very often the breakfast tables were left dirty as well as the area below the toaster full of crumbs every day. Poor choice of food, almost no sweets/cakes and no fruit at all. Breakfast service should be widely rearranged and managed by professionals. I had to go out twice for breakfast to eat something different. As a consequence of this, the overall price I paid for 7 nights was greatly overpriced if compared to similar hotels in the city.

What really stood out was the exceptional service. A special shout-out to Nina, one of the receptionist, whose friendliness and attentiveness made our experience so much more enjoyable. And there was one lady house keeper in the morning, we forgot to ask her name. She & Nina went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcomed during our stay. The room was clean & well-maintained. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a great place to unwind.

Good location. Huge room with a huge balcony. Breakfast starts at 8:00. Very quiet, had a good sleep.

There are a few minor issues that are pretty easy to fix, but can make the stay more comfortable: - put a shelf inside the shower cabin to put soap/shower gel on it - put a hook for hand towel near the sink - fix the switchers so they are easy to use. - improve the internet quality (it's not very great and can't be used for important stuff) - add hangers (a single hanger in a big wardrobe is ridiculous) - reorganize sockets/switchers near the bed - they are not easy to use. Also, while the breakfast was okay overall, it was cold despite us coming at 8:15.

Dear friends, I want to tell you about the wonderful people working in this wonderful hotel that we were lucky to visit and spend unforgettable days with our family! We family flew to Tbilisi from Israel and Belarus to celebrate our son’s wedding. We received a very warm welcome and support from all the hotel staff! The hotel is very clean. Cosy. Beautiful! The rooms are very big! Every room has a balcony! The room has everything, everything. What you need for a comfortable stay! Kettle . Fridge . Slippers. Robes. Coffee and tea . Even toothbrushes! The beds are very comfortable! The linen and towels are snow-white! The breakfasts are very tasty and varied! And most importantly, the people who work in this hotel are one big Family - people with very big hearts! We received help for any requests! We are all 25 guests - we say thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts!!! And we advise everyone to visit this wonderful hotel!

Staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. My highest praise goes to the bartender - incredibly charming man, who takes good care of guests and brightened up my mornings. The room was quite spacious, facing inner yard with a great balcony. There was a minor noise issue due to a school being right across the backyard, however it doesn't bother much with windows closed. Location is quite nice as well, cozy in the small street yet close to action of main streets, about 15-20 minutes walk from the subway and 5 minutes from a 24/7 convenience store.

We had to change rooms after day 1 due to plumbing issues, however staff were quite helpful and apologetic and made up to us with a new room. It also had minor issues with hydro isolation around the shower, though not too bothersome.

Amazing hotel with amazing people. Good for long stays. Huge rooms with balconies, they are dog friendly and there is a garden that you can seat and relax. The staff went above and beyond to help me with any questions or need that I had. Very clean and decorated beautifully , quiet environment. Real value for money
