Breakfast is a joke, not even close to any of the pictures you can see on booking. To be honest I chose this place also for the great breakfast reviews but it was a huge disappointment. Old bread and always almost finished that I needed to ask for more to be put in the basket every morning. No napkins for breakfast. Very often the breakfast tables were left dirty as well as the area below the toaster full of crumbs every day. Poor choice of food, almost no sweets/cakes and no fruit at all. Breakfast service should be widely rearranged and managed by professionals. I had to go out twice for breakfast to eat something different. As a consequence of this, the overall price I paid for 7 nights was greatly overpriced if compared to similar hotels in the city.

What really stood out was the exceptional service. A special shout-out to Nina, one of the receptionist, whose friendliness and attentiveness made our experience so much more enjoyable. And there was one lady house keeper in the morning, we forgot to ask her name. She & Nina went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcomed during our stay. The room was clean & well-maintained. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a great place to unwind.

Bidet

Good location. Huge room with a huge balcony. Breakfast starts at 8:00. Very quiet, had a good sleep.

There are a few minor issues that are pretty easy to fix, but can make the stay more comfortable: - put a shelf inside the shower cabin to put soap/shower gel on it - put a hook for hand towel near the sink - fix the switchers so they are easy to use. - improve the internet quality (it's not very great and can't be used for important stuff) - add hangers (a single hanger in a big wardrobe is ridiculous) - reorganize sockets/switchers near the bed - they are not easy to use. Also, while the breakfast was okay overall, it was cold despite us coming at 8:15.

Dear friends, I want to tell you about the wonderful people working in this wonderful hotel that we were lucky to visit and spend unforgettable days with our family! We family flew to Tbilisi from Israel and Belarus to celebrate our son’s wedding. We received a very warm welcome and support from all the hotel staff! The hotel is very clean. Cosy. Beautiful! The rooms are very big! Every room has a balcony! The room has everything, everything. What you need for a comfortable stay! Kettle . Fridge . Slippers. Robes. Coffee and tea . Even toothbrushes! The beds are very comfortable! The linen and towels are snow-white! The breakfasts are very tasty and varied! And most importantly, the people who work in this hotel are one big Family - people with very big hearts! We received help for any requests! We are all 25 guests - we say thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts!!! And we advise everyone to visit this wonderful hotel!

Staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. My highest praise goes to the bartender - incredibly charming man, who takes good care of guests and brightened up my mornings. The room was quite spacious, facing inner yard with a great balcony. There was a minor noise issue due to a school being right across the backyard, however it doesn't bother much with windows closed. Location is quite nice as well, cozy in the small street yet close to action of main streets, about 15-20 minutes walk from the subway and 5 minutes from a 24/7 convenience store.

We had to change rooms after day 1 due to plumbing issues, however staff were quite helpful and apologetic and made up to us with a new room. It also had minor issues with hydro isolation around the shower, though not too bothersome.

It was an exceptional hotel. As it is close to all facilities. And it has. All services. From the comprehensive breakfast. From the isolation of the rooms. From. The good treatment by the reception staff, especially. The employee Mino, special thanks to her, she was very wonderful. In cooperating with us, I spent the most beautiful days with them. It is suitable for Arabs because there is a bidet in the bathroom

This hotel is in a perfect location. It is quiet, peaceful and situated in an safe, authentic local neighbourhood close to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The room was perfect; spacious, super clean, amazing shower, comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff are excellent. Breakfast was so good, a variety of food and fresh coffee. The staff are incredibly helpful. Special mention to Nae on reception who was very welcoming, patient and kind and made sure I was looked after well. Nae helped me to organise transportation to the airport and stored my luggage. The other staff were equally as friendly and helpful - thank you so much for making my time in Tbilisi perfect.

There is nothing bad.

The location was great in downtown with many cafes and restaurants nearby but it is away from old city and other tourist attractions. The cleanness of the room was the best and the staff will change the towels and provide water every day. Very good value for money overall.

TV screen is small with no English speaking channels 😁 and there is some noise when next room decided to use the shower. Also bed mattress is slightly less comfortable if you are comparing it with 5 star hotels

Safe underground parking Nice room and bathroom Outdoor garden for breakfast Excellent staff who helped me overcome problems with missed flight, cancelled cards and blocked phone, I couldn’t have done anything without their help, they were angels.

If you are an arab and reading this comment, don't hesitate to book this hotel. They have "shattafa" which is amazing. The room is clean, the location is good, and the beds are comfortable
