The hotel recently opened, just a few months ago and I have to say that it is by far the most pleasant stay I've had in Georgia so far on my trips there. Even internationally it holds up great. The hotel's interior in general has a very nice design, the rooms themselves are modern, meticulously cleaned and are well air-conditioned. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, communication in English worked perfectly. The breakfast selection is rich, with everything that one would expect, plus waffles, pancakes, omelettes and some other dishes that are prepared on demand. On this multi-week vacation in Georgia I returned to Tbilisi a couple of times, between trips to different cities and kept returning to this hotel after my first stay. Directly compared to the Wyndham in Batumi's old town, the Artizan left a much better impression. The location in Tbilisi is also great, with plenty of Restaurants nearby, a couple of bus connections right around the corner and about a 13 minute walk to the Rustaveli metro station. Right next door to the hotel is a very good coffee roastery in case you're also into specialty coffee :)

As this is a new hotel all the facilities were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, especially if you are keen to explore the more modern part of Tbilisi. Great cafe next door. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure and lots of hot water.

I chose a room with a balcony and paid extra for it. The balcony was tiny and there wasn’t a view of anything other than the building next door. As such next time I wouldn’t book a room withs balcony.

Maura, Goga, and Nana were incredible. Honestly, the entire staff, the security, the bell boys, the kitchen staff, the managers, the reception, everyone was absolutely friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. The location is excellent. The bed was sooooo comfortable, we did not want to leave. The neighborhood is close to everything. I would book this place again when I am back in Georgia. We loved our stay. Thank you so much Maura!

The cleaning staff could be a bit more generous with the amenities.

Excellent location, city center, everything we wanted to do was not very far from us. The room was clean, comfortable and real value for money.

We went down for a late dinner and were given menus, 10 minutes later when we were ready to order, we were told the kitchen closed 20 minutes prior, so we're not sure why the menus were handed to us. In any case, we should have checked timings.

It is not worth to pay extra for a room with balcony. There's not even room for a chair to sit on.

Everything was new and clean, service from reception was very responsive and quick to answer our requests. The Hotel was located in a less touristy area, which meant we needed to take a Bolt to the more central areas, but the upside was that the neighborhood was always quiet. We never had any noise issues at night, which is something I saw in reviews for more centrally-located hotels.

Breakfast was great, excellent quality. The only downside we found (which happened in most places in Tbilisi) was that the service was pretty slow when ordering additional dishes a la carte, even scrambled eggs or waffles took almost a half hour to arrive. And we ordered room service one evening, just a salad and chicken sandwich, and it took about an hour to arrive.

New trendy hotel, where everyone tries to do their best to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Owner made regular checks as well. Nice (different)menu choices, great atmosphere, and helpful staff. Stylish room, comfortable bed and good shower.

Room is a little on the small side. Minibar didn't get restocked. Coffee at breakfast is Brasilian whatever coffee..... Not my taste and no other coffee available until bar opens (10am). View of the room - looks out in an empty old building. Not all staff is aware of the menu - I asked for mayonnaise, we don't have was the answer. I asked if she could check with the kitchen, no need, I know we don't have it, was the answer. The next waitress brought me the mayonnaise. And later I saw it was even on the room service menu (ahum).

Amazing hotel! I’m coming back again. The location was the best for me. I wish if there was a swimming pool.

I don’t want to be harsh on them I really liked the hotel, but I gotta mention the below: - Housekeeping never change towels, they just fold them back!! - The towels when I checked in were filthy dirty and I asked them to change it and they did. - No room service after 23:00. A 5 star hotel should be 24/7. - Corridors badly need air freshener. - My room balcony should have chair and table. - My room view.

We stayed in a suite and it was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lovely bed and two toilets. Nice design. Nice central location outside the noisiest traffic. My friend lost her mobile phone in a taxi and the staff were very helpful regarding this.

We ate in the restaurant twice, and both times the service was very slow, with little follow-up. Last time there were almost no guests present, but still it took a long time to get a glass to drink. One expects better service in a 5-star hotel.

Hotel is so close to cafes and restaurants that we wanted to go. We never use public tranportation. We walked everywhere. We extended our stay. First room we stayed has bidet and coffee machine. But queen room hasn’t got that features. They changed our towels everday and cleaned our room too. We really liked the hotel’s restaurant too. Definitely recommend.

Gym was so small and the area for smoking can be improved.
