The location of the hotel is literally in the center of the city. Convenient to get to the desired places. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. For example, there are grocery stores opposite the hotel. On the side of the hotel 2 steps away is a wine store. There is a public garden and coffee shops near the famous Chavchavadze Street, from which you can quickly and easily get to the Rustaveli metro station or the city center. - The room is very cozy and beautiful — a large balcony (6th floor) with a nice view. - Wonderful and varied breakfast with a great choice of food and beverages. - The interior of the whole hotel is beautiful and cozy.

I wish there was a breakfast delivery service to the room. It was inconvenient to go downstairs, collect breakfast and come up with a tray to the room. However, it was nice that the staff allowed me to do it myself. - I booked a specific room. But when checking in, for some reason they put me in another room. I had to spend 1 night in this room to check in the next day in the room I had originally booked. It would be nice if the reservation stayed firmly with me. - Some parts of the fittings don't hold up well or fall off. For example, the toilet door - the door handle cover fell off when I was closing the door. It's a small issue, but unpleasant. - It is a pity that there are no parking spaces for hotel guests. There are only free parking lots near the hotel, many of which are paid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was checked in immediately, thanks a lot for that. The room was clean and bigger than I expected, and the shower was really nice and hot, working just perfect. I enjoyed my weekend in Tbilisi and would certainly return to the hotel again

The towels were a bit worn out, and there was no bathrobe (although there should have been) It was chilly in the room at first but the AC did its job. The place is quite loud because of the traffic (the room had a street view), not a problem for me but might be good to know for other guests

Very wide room, and the air conditioners don't help to get warm this wide. It was freezing inside during my stay because one of them got an error code and didn't work. I asked to check it, but it wasn't fixed.(I found there were two circulators near but not in front of my door when check-out. I couldn't know if it was for me or not because nothing was mentioned) Breakfast is cold even in the warmers, and the restaurant is also chily, but the staff were nice.

Breakfast was great. Location is superb. Lots of restaurants around. Vake is central yet quiet and safe. It is a safe version of London Mayfair. I booked this hotel for three senior family members, three separate rooms, in separate occasions. They all loved it. They like the cleanliness, how attentive the staff are, decor, location and the breakfast. One elderly relative left her reading glasses in the hotel, she got in a taxi and the staff chased her out to hand this back. Another elderly relative needed some help on the room, Natia at the reception was very helpful. The hotel has been very accommodating in terms of early check in. Charged us half of a day room price only for 9am check in. Lufthansa flight arrive early. It is an overnight flight. It gave my auntie time to rest before embarking a day of sightseeing. Will book again.

Excellent location, walkable from the notable buildings and museums in Tbilisi. Warm and welcoming reception staff - she even arranged for a packed breakfast as we had an early morning train the day of the checkout. Spacious room

Just that the restaurant wasn’t functioning due to some reason when we asked about lunch and washroom was a tad cramped. But the location and the staff more than makes it up and though we stayed for just 1 day, it was great!

I like the location as it's well connected but outside of the main tourist area so you get far better restaurants/ businesses nearby. Easily walkable to Vake Park and main shopping areas. The room was spacious and clean, this was our second time staying here and we were overall happy with it.

When we were checking out, we had some extra charges for the room. I assumed it was for water we had asked for but asked if I could be told what they were for and the staff member shrugged and said "Probably coffee or something, I don't know," (we never ordered coffee). Also requested that my receipt be sent and never received it (will need to follow up with Best Western Corp for it).

The location is very central and close to shops, restaurants and sights. I stayed in a very spacious room, it was clean and had a lot of light. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived very early in the morning and they brought me breakfast at 10.30 so that I could both rest and eat. The staff are the warmest friendliest people, I am so grateful to them.

I liked everything

I lived in this hotel previously and it was a great stay, so I chose it again for my mother's stay. Staff is friendly and helpful, room was comfy and clean (a bit small though), breakfast is good.

The coffee is awful (not only on breakfasts, but when you order it separately); don't know if the blend, the machine or the barista is to blame, but something's not right there. Room space was tight.

Perfect position for TSU where we had a conference. The very kind receptionist helped us with the check-in and in the stay, Overall Fair as I was expecting.

The breakfast was limited, with not much variety. Not much lactose-free, even if there was at least a milk carafe labelled that. Coffee was barely drinkable.

Excellent location in the Vake neighbourhood and very spacious room. The hotel is not big and quiet. Great for business travellers or short stays. Very friendly staff always ready to help.

We found a dirty towel with intimate stains folded along with clean ones on a rack. The room was cleaned only once in 3 days after we put a sign on the door handle. Breakfast is modest and always the same. So the hotel is good for a short stay.
