I had an extraordinary experience at British House Hotel in Tbilisi. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager greeted me with hospitality and served me a complimentary breakfast and welcome drink while my room was prepared. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, with everyone smiling. They offered to handle my luggage and bring me anything I needed. They were all very accommodating and understanding. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious. I really enjoyed this experience and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for everything!

The team at The Hotel British House team offered an outstanding service 24 hours a day. The owner of the Hotel was onsite and accessible. The breakfast offered a wide variety at a reasonable cost. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds offer a comfortable night of sleep and this is an old building with solid walls so no noise coming from other rooms.. The Hotel features typical charming Georgia furnishings/decorations and there is an open courtyard in the foyer. Well worth a look around the local area as full of shops, bars and restaurants. Cabs are reasonably priced throughout Tbilisi and the hotel can order with their preferential rates. Tbilisi has a lot to see and do.

An artistic mixture of culture, nature and hospitality inside! Fresh air and beautiful greenhouse inside the building. Every detail of the interior is collected with love to art and people. There is something romantic and simultaneously solid in the hotel. Very thoughtful attitude of the owner to choosing every detail for comforting guests. And perfect location outside! On the one hand, it's located close to the very central landmarks of the city - e.g. Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater, National Gallery, etc. On the other hand, staying in this hotel one can find oneself on one of those "classic" Tbilisian streets - narrow and steep at the same time, somewhere in the neighbourhood of the Rustaveli Metro. There are also fruti&vegetables stand and grocery just opposite of the hotel, say nothing about all sorts of the restaurants and cafes in this area - hence, no problems with getting food (if it need be)).

I would like to thank the owner and the staff for our amazing experience! This hotel is extremely cozy, beautiful, clean, warm and in the best part of Tbilisi. No noise from outside, yet enough of cute cafes and restaurants around and super close to everything. The hotel has ethnic vibes despite the name. The room was absolutely beautiful: balcony and the view made it even more special. Our breakfast in the hotel was great, many different small plates with fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, pies, pancakes and they make eggs the way you like it. The lady who helps with breakfast was so kind and sweet. I would like to thank the hotel owner for keeping this hotel at such top level and for his welcoming attitude and generosity! When we come to Tbilisi, surely Hotel British House will be our pick!

Room was very spacious , neat and super clean . Communication was good. Midnight reception service for late check in was hassle free. I would recommend this for easy stay and even McDonald's is also in 10 min walking distance. Cab service (Bolt) is easily available . We can leave the luggage for certain time in there lobby.

Checkout time at 12 noon is not appreciated, also they offered me the cab pick-up service which was 75 GEL, but actually Bolt app will cost only 30 GEL. Between floors you have to walk, no lift, For us it was okey.

This hotel never let's me down. Everything is perfect starting from the location. Rooms are very clean and tide. Good soundproofing between rooms. Breakfast is always on spot. Staff is doing its best to make you well like home. Internet is one of the best qualities I have seen at the hotels. This hotel is my one and only choice in Tbilisi.

We enjoyed our room, the view, the peace and quiet, the Brkfst, the staff. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is close to restaurants, groceries, and easily accessible.

The hotel is located at the center of Tbilisi. The staff was very friendly and assisted us in any question we had. They also accommodated their kitchen for us since we had to leave early.

Our room was in the third floor and the only access was through round stairs. Climbing those stairs with a heavy suitcase was not a nice experiment

The decor is cozy and comfortable. The location was really convenient with restaurants and bars all around. It was about 20 to 25 minutes of working to get to freedom Square.

There was nothing, to be honest. We were very happy during our stay here, and I highly recommend this property to anyone Tbilisi, Georgia.
