We chose this hotel because it had reasonably prized options for 2 bedrooms. Rooms were good sized, both bedrooms had big, comfortable double beds. Kitchenette had microwave, induction stove top, refrigerator and bowls,.plates etc. Our room was on 1st floor and the mountain with Mtasminda park was right in front. I guess higher floor rooms would have better views so if you are particular about views ask for that before hand. It is very close to Mtasminda theme park and funicular, also fairly close to other site seeing spots. Convenient, quiet location with restaurants, grocery stores etc close by. The hotel manager Aya was very helpful and friendly. She had arranged everything for us ahead of our visit. We had some problem with our WC flush and the owner was kind enough to come, take a look at fix it. All very friendly.. One point for improvement, I would suggest to the Management to repair the WC flush which kept breaking down every now and then. Also there was a problem with water drainage in wash basin in second bathroom. This caused some irritance for us. But overall, a very good experience and recommended for stay at Tbilisi

The apartments is located on the hills of Tiblisi close to the lower station of the funicular. A bus right next to the building connects to the city centre (walking is possible but the way to the centre is rather steep). Best feature of the location is the superb pool, which is shared with the neighbouring house. Parking is possible right in front of the buidling

The fridge is rather old, but sufficient.

Giving an overall rating of 8, which would otherwise be 10 except for the bad bathroom smell. The location is great, staff are helpful at all hours. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Air conditioning works well, thankfully, in summer. Great location for walking up Mtatsminda Park and down to Rustaveli Avenue. Grocery shops nearby. Our unit had lovely view of Mtatsminda.

The bathroom had a perpetual bad smell, kind of like sewage. It's the kind of smell you stop noticing after a minute or so inside, but it hits you every time you walk in (or even walk past). Must be something related to the vents I suppose, because it was clean inside. This is the only complaint.

A very nice family-run apartment hotel. The pool is a nice bonus after a city tour. It's close to the funicular and 10 minutes by walk from a city center. The neighbourhood was amazing - full of hip bars and trendy restaurants and small shops. They also sell their excellent homemade wine.

Aya the receptionist was amazing. Pool was great. Good sized apartment. Very comfortable beds.

Location, didnt realise it was not walking distance from downtown. But I should have done my homework on that.

Home like feel. The staff is very friendly and very cooperative. Anything you need is already there. The staff, especially Aya and the young slim guy at reception (forgot his name) make you feel at home.

Everything was excellent.

Very spacious 2 bed room apartment and just around 600mts from the Rustaveli Metro station and Revolution square. it’s at the corner of street and uphill with great view of Tbilisi city from the 1 BR apartments. The 2 BR apartments also have a nice view of the hill with the TV Tower.

Being uphill, it’s not easy to walk up especially if you are with kids and would need to rely on local taxi to commute. it’s a small apart hotel which doesn’t have a restaurant so it’s more of AirBnB accommodation.

We had a great, six-day stay at Sani Apart Hotel. We stayed in a large, two bedroom apartment with modern furnishings and appliances and lots of warnrodne space for everyone to unpack. The pool was much appreciated and enjoyed by all. As a family with two children, the place couldn’t have been better suited to our needs.

It was excellent! The location is very good for a city break in Tbilisi. And the city is lovely, it's a pity that not many Romanians come to visit it. We wholeheartedly recommend the location!

Excellent view, very clean and neat. The staff was so helpful. Even they ordered taxis for us all the time using the application. They offer to clean the rooms and change the towels. I would stay there again. Especially the balcony view is awesome.

Nothing about the hotel. But sometimes it was hard to explain to the taxi drivers on the street to how to get there .
