The room had everything you needed. I would especially like to note the very comfortable beds, which is very important on vacation. There was a beautiful view of the city from the hotel terrace at breakfast and the breakfast itself was not bad. It is more convenient to get to the city center by taxi. It's cheap in Tbilisi.

I was in two types of rooms at this hotel - superior and standard. The improved one was distinguished by a large area and a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the city. All other furniture in the rooms was the same. But the bathroom in the superior room was more shabby. If the viewing window and room size are not important to you, then I liked the standard room better.

I had a superior room, however, this only affected its size. It so happened that at the end of the trip we stayed in a standard room of the same hotel: in terms of room and bathroom equipment, it turned out to be even better. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable and large. The standard room differed only in size and the absence of panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. You also need to take into account that it’s not very close to the center if you walk and go first constantly downwards, and then constantly climb back up. Taxis in Tbilisi are inexpensive and worth using to get to the city center from this hotel.

Zura welcomed us. First it felf odd when we entered since there was nobody at the gate and reception looked empty but Zura came and offered free upgrade. He was extremely sweet and professional The room was so big plus big washroom and big bed. Neat and clean anf what a view. I think the hotel is newly made but and look extremely sophisticated. The view was just fantastic and the windows with balcony. This room had everything you could ask for. The best part is thier terrace and the breakfast is arrnaged there and everything was served fresh. It was awesome. Loved it. We kind of regretted not booking this for the entire stay. Location is fine. Not that near to all attractions but walkable if you don't mind.

Maybe they can keep someone to help with luggage.. And have someone with more welcoming attitude on the desk.

The hotel proved to be the perfect choice for celebrating my mom's birthday. Initially, I was delighted with the complimentary upgrade to a city-view suite, exactly as per my preferences. Breakfasts for two throughout the stay were a pleasant bonus. Before our arrival, a hotel representative contacted me, discussing all the details and accommodating my requests. The room was impeccably clean, and the service was impressive – daily cleaning, towel replacements, and regular replenishments of shampoo and shower gels. Let's highlight the staff's care for the birthday celebration: they assisted with flower delivery and gifted a bottle of wine. This hotel has become the best in my travel experience, whether for business or leisure. Thank you for the warm welcome, and we look forward to returning on our next trips to Tbilisi.

The rooms are spacious and the bed was enormous and comfortable. The view is fantastic, so nice to lie in bed and look out. The staff were friendly and helped us with any questions and requests.

Fabulous view means you are a taxi ride away from shops etc so make sure you have everything before you go back to the hotel. The bathroom could do with a refresh, the painted wall was stained and dirty and the fluorescent light was hanging off the wall. There is no fridge in the room.

the room size view at breakfast the breakfast was good many days i liked the chicken & rice they did at breakfast zaru is v helpful the location is good but you need taxi to reach city centre which costs only 5 lary with bolt application

The girls at reception were not as helpful as zaru ,i told mariam that i had problem with my air conditioner ,it was drippling water with noise at night ,i found same problem next day,,she is professional, but should have Smily face more then she gave for guests & tourist so that we feel that we are welcomed i didn't get complementary upgrade which isn't a must, but i had to book 2 nights over(one night i checked in 2am, instead of 2 pm,last night ,i checked out 11;40 pm instead of next day check out & i missed the breakfast,so ,i expexted that they will do me something complementary

The hotel is located in a fascinating location overlooking Tbilisi city. We booked a standard double room, and on arrival, we were upgraded to a junior suite. Check-in was smooth and fast. The room was decently sized, with a balcony. The breathtaking view is second to none. The room was clean and neat. Offered a wide range of extra facilities, such as a tea-making facility, a heater, and a safety deposit box. Towels were clean and fresh, and bathrobes were available as well. The restaurant is on the top floor, and you can choose to sit indoors or outdoors as you wish. A good selection of food varieties is available. It was worth it for my 3-days stay The staff were friendly and helpful. I must especially highlight Zura, who helped us a lot.

The television was not working till we checkout. The bathroom tiles were slippery while getting wet. Tips: Don't forget to carry universal adaptors, as all plugs comply with European sockets.

Calm place, Clean rooms, 24/7 service desk, big bed and nice view, staff is pleasant and polite also elevator is a big plus so, the place is good for people with disabilities or aged people or if you handle heavy bags.

There was no small fridge in the room. It would be very very nice to have one in case of keeping some drinks of fruits.

The only thing that we hate about our stay was when we finished breakfast, we were asked to pay for it despite being included in the booking . We had to show the waitress our booking. He showed us a printed paper showing that our booking was rooms only. So we had to open booking app and to show him the booking including breakfast. So unprofessional.

The best hotel we’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Excellent property and the view was outstanding.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.One important note is there restaurant food quality is excellent.. Food was awesome we and our kids really enjoyed it.. Definitely a5star rating…☺️
