Hotel Kera is located in the center of Tbilisi city, close to Rustaveli street and in 10 minutes walking from the Liberty Square. There are grocery, drug stores and restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet and safe area around. It is cozy and stylish hotel with all needed, feels really like at home. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, we arrived very early in the morning, and they were so kind to give is the room much earlier than standard check-in time. Also allowed us to check out a bit later than usual. Excellent breakfast with hot meals, selection of omelets. There is a coffee machine which you can use any time of the day. We stayed in a Standard Double or Twin room, it was clean and spacious with A/C and heating, electric kettle, TV, etc. Bed was big and comfortable; bathroom was ok with all toiletries. I have been to Tbilisi many times and I must say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed especially for that attractive price. Very much recommended!

Nothing, I would stay here again when next time in Tbilisi. I have read the negative reviews very carefully before booking this hotel and I have not seen any negative things during my stay. Of course, if you want to find negative things, you will always find something, but this hotel give really good value for the money you pay.

A cozy small hotel, with very friendly staff, to whom you can contact with any request. They told me where to buy inexpensive baked goods and gave me useful tips on how best to dress for an excursion to the mountains. When it was raining, they offered to use one of the umbrellas that are at the front door. When there are few visitors at the hotel, they will definitely ask you what time you would like to go out for breakfast and they will prepare it for you at the specified time. If you wish, they can fry an omelet for you for breakfast. The hotel has a small garden where plants grow, including small lemons, they gave me several, which was very nice. I had good impressions of the hotel and if I come to Tbilisi again, I already know where to stay.

The location is excellent, very close to the Rustaveli avenue and many sightseeings. There is Spar market and fruits/veggies stall nearby. To reach the hotel from the Rustaveli avenue you have to walk uphill for about 5-10 min, just something to keep in mind if you have back/legs issues or have elderly with you. The staff is very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is quite simple but tasty. The payment was asked in cash, again wasn’t an issue for me, but smth to be aware about. The cleaning is done on as requested basis, we needed it every other day, but can be done every day as well. The bed was comfortable.

The smell of humidity/dampness from the bathroom was quite noticeable at times. We had to keep the fan on and leave the bathroom door open when not in use to manage that.

Location was excellent, not far from the Opera House, some great museums (art galleries!) and other main attractions. Felt very safe. The hotel is boutique and sized accordingly, which made it feel safe. And the selling point is the staff - they were so kind, super helpful, and really intent on giving their guests a great stay! The breakfast was also enjoyable; we're vegetarian and still had plenty to eat.

We actually stayed in the hotel twice - the first time we had a great room that felt perfect for our stay. The second room left something to be desired; it was small and there were a few issues with the lamp and the air conditioner. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again however!

Place is really nice and close to the center of Tbilisi. Owners are very welcome and very try good people. Also breakfast was amazing everyday with hot and cold dishes and varieties. Thank you so much.

Everything. Nice little hotel situated just a few minutes’ walk from Liberty Square. They have some of the nicest people I have ever come across in all these years of travelling. Special thanks to Maya and Nino for making our stay extremely comfortable and going the extra mile to ensure everything was superb. We also requested a late checkout, and the team arranged that at a very short notice. In all, would love to stay here again if visiting Tbilisi. Full marks to Kera for the warmth and hospitality we received on all days of our stay! Thank you.

Good location, quiet street very close to the center of the city. Good breakfast. Room matched the protos on Booking and had all the promised amenities. Staff was welcoming and helped with all the inquiries. WI-FI in the room was stable and worked without major issues.

Table in the room was a bit too small, but still usable. Room windows are facing the garden and a few times people were walking there (not often), room can be seen from the outside of the window, so I had to close the curtains. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

A good hotel, clean and quiet, both in the hotel itself and on the street around, pleasant staff, there is air conditioning, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, refrigerator, kettle, delicious and varied breakfast, not far from the old town.

If you don't have a car, you have to walk up the hill from the main street. Weak water pressure in the shower.

We stayed just one night, but the stay was good. The hotel is clean and as shown on photos. Our room was also as pictured, AC worked fine but in the hotel itself it was pretty warm. It was a bit noisy outside the hotel during that night, so for me it was hard to sleep, but, otherwise, it’s a quiet area. In our room, the sink was leaking but not much. The breakfast was very nice. Staff and management of the hotel are all very nice and helped to resolve our issue.

The staff were very accommodating and they gave us an early breakfast even though their given time was 8:00. They even helped us with booking taxi and talking to the drivers .

The room with the balcony. The balcony was too small and it’s just as a namesake . Can’t be used. The toilet in the bathroom was very near the wash basin and very uncomfortable to use. The other room that we booked was good.
