Super friendly staff and owner. MARICA did her best to make our stay comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good and gives you the feeling of being in a Georgian traditional home with a lovely family. Rooms were a bit small but very clean. The location is also superb, so close to many of Tbilisi attractions. The hotel is located in a beautiful old building where you can still see the traditional tiles and floor designs.

Rooms are not well isolated, so you can hear everything around. It was still silent though!

The location was the owner’s house and she turned it into a hotel. The place is cozy and the staff is very welcoming. It’s more than a hotel, it truly feels like home. The location is amazing, a 5 min walk from Liberty Square and all other tourist attractions are very close by.

Location is very close to the city centre, but the street is quiet and not busy with traffic. Beautiful historic buliding with nice ornaments at the entrance. Reception is rather low and easy to access. Room is modern & well equiped, with view on the street & partially on a mountain.

Could find it challenging to park the car. Also, both pillows on the bed are rather high, which is not very comfortable for the neck. Adding more flat and lower pillows as an alternative choice would be great.

Tbilisi and its history was so interesting to explore. And the Hotel was in a perfect location for this. Centally located and in a quiet street. Great restaurant, Mr Cook, just down the road. Big supermarket, Goodwill, just a bit further on.

Weather was a bit hot (August) but lovely cleaning and cooling rainfalls were frequent.

Breakfast was fantastic, both hot and cold, changing each day. Everything was perfect, frankly. Friendly hosts, always on the lookout to help, always asking to see what they could do to make my trip easier. The location on a quiet street is fantastic, a 10-minute walk to Freedom Square, the entrance to the Old Town. It is a family-run hotel and you can see just how much love and work the family puts into it.

Breakfast was a little late for my liking (9am) but then, Georgians get up late and stay up late. I solved that by buying some instant coffee for my room - a kettle and cups had been provided.

It's a great location. I arrived very late in the evening but was greeted. The room is clean and quiet. There are slippers, everything for personal hygiene and even TOOTHPASTE. The bed was comfortable and warm.

The shower in the bathroom is leaking. The plumbing needs to be tweaked. Very small sink, it is difficult to wash up.

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities available. The bed was comfy, and the overall look of the room matched the photos. The staff was the best and ensured we had a comfortable stay. They were super friendly and created a perfect family vibe❤️ The hotel was walking distance from Freedom Square.

Host was extremly friendly, miss Marika do it best for our confort. Breakfast very tasty, she was doing our requests, if had. Internet was ok.

This is not a hotel. maybe pension... Rooms are extremly small, the 2 beds rooms is so small that you didnt have place to open your lugage. Shower is on the flor, with toilet, will be water over all, not very convenient. We pay extra for a 3 beds room, at least we could open the lugage and have 1 bed distante between us.

The location was perfect, in a quiet area and within walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. The family who owns the hotel is very nice and they speak English very well. They recommended restaurants, arranged taxis, and even booked a Sulfur Bath for our family. Breakfast was good with a different hot meal cooked every morning. We stayed 3 nights in the Family suite which was great for us and our 2 kids. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will definitely go back again!

A modern hotel in the old part of Tbilisi with a nice lokation. It is very close to the main street and Freedom Square. The staff are hospitable and friendly . The hotel room was clean, with a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. The bathroom had nice towels, as well as disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste for guests .
