A truly charming and elegant hotel tucked just behind the Presidential Palace, offering a serene view of the inner courtyard. The location feels peaceful, secure, and wonderfully quiet — a perfect retreat in the heart of the city. Just about 100 meters from Shota Rustaveli Avenue, the hotel is ideally placed for a leisurely walk to Liberty Square, the metro station, and the vibrant city plaza. Around the square, you’ll find a lively shopping center with European boutiques, souvenir shops, and food options for every taste — from local delicacies to international favorites. The walk itself leads you through cozy streets filled with traditional Georgian restaurants and welcoming cafés — a lovely way to experience the warmth of Tbilisi’s culture and cuisine. On the ground floor of the hotel, there’s a charming restaurant that serves a delightful breakfast each morning, with a generous spread of Georgian cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, and more — beautifully presented and always fresh. What truly sets this hotel apart is its team. Every staff member is exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, offering hospitality that feels both sincere and professional. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem in Tbilisi — and without a doubt, it’s where I’ll be staying again on my next visit.

This is probably the most well-guarded hotel in Georgia, located right behind the Parliament building. Its greatest advantage is definitely the location – just a short walk from Liberty Square, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day (though for sustainability reasons, it might be better to replace them only when needed). What really makes the stay pleasant is the staff – always friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast is quite standard – good if you need something quick before heading out, but if you have more time, it’s worth exploring the many cafés and restaurants around the city.

Our stay at this property was truly delightful! We spent four nights here, from March 28 to April 1, and booked a spacious studio room that comfortably accommodated the three of us. The room provided ample space to move around, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable, situated right behind the historic Old Parliament House with 24/7 police security ensuring a safe environment. It’s just a short walk to the vibrant Old City Center and the modern Gallaria Mall, offering the best of both worlds. The overall ambiance of the area is charming, and the connectivity to various attractions is incredibly convenient. This property comes highly recommended for anyone looking for a secure, comfortable, and well-connected place to stay

Breakfast menu can be a little better, but for a price of 35 GEL, the provided items are reasonably good as well, no complaints.

Great location, room 801 with stunning view on the city, room is clean and comfy. Good daily cleaning, all essentials replenished.

Breakfast was terrible: we came at 9.30 and tray with omlette was empty and noone replenished it while we were there, rest of food (and choice was very limited) was already either cold and looking not fresh, empty jars with juice, dirty tables and staff there did not seem to care at all. We tried it only once and then were going to the restaurant just at the hotel entrance (breakfasts there are really good).

The rooms are surprisingly large and luxurious. The food is delicious. Although it gets repetitive after two days, it is definitely satisfying. The free filter coffee in the morning saved me more than once and the kids enjoyed the breakfast too. Later in the day, we often used the hotel restaurant with very tasty khachapuri at a very reasonable price.

The variety at breakfast is repetitive. If I'm not into certain foods (if I avoid pastries and sweets for example), I'll find myself eating the same thing over and over again.

Very nice location. Near all the important stuff. Nice personel, no issues with taking care of anything. Room was nice and clean. You can always postpone cleaning if necessary.

Maintaining room temperature to my liking was a little bit tricky, but I like it at 19 C and it was during winter so during night it got a little to hot for me. One real issue was the smell of bleach from the sheets after cleaning ..hard to get rid off. Would be nice if cleaning include some venting of the room and air freshener or smth like that. But all and all we managed. No big issues there

The location is perfect, in the heart of old town, close to supermarkets and restaurants, many of the main things to see in Tbilisi are just few minutes walk. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options and fresh ingredients. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Staff ok, not very helpful.

Will be nice to have more common areas apart of the restaurant. Because if you want to read or just relax outside your room, the restaurant sometimes is busy and there is not other place where to chill out.

The balconies of the junior suites offer fantastic views of the city, but each or our rooms had lovely, big windows! Everything is very clean, the staff is helpful and the restaurant provides a good breakfast and some very good dishes (we had fish)! The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the national museum and 15 minute walk from old town and the dry bridge market.

The underground parking garage was not as well organized as the spaces above, but provided safe parking for us.

Good location, close to Tbilisi funicular and the National Parliament, close to National Galleries and to Galleria Mall, Nice breakfast. good internet, comfortable bed, clean. The hotel provided airport transfer on time. Also provided ironing table and iron. A hotel to count on!

Some strange smell in room 404 (not in the bathroom), like an old, but strong perfume and keeping the window open was not enough to change it. Lack of mosquito net (there were no mosquitos in April :-), though). It was not necessary (and environmental not friendly) changing all towels. soaps and shower gels every day, like they did. I've just unpacked a soap in the evening that would have been enough for at least 3-4 days, and the next day I've got a new set from all only-once-used equipment.

The location of the hotel was really good just few minutes walk to Liberty Square and a mall and the fact that they have parking on sight was a deciding factor for us. The rooms were not very big but enough for 2. Most of the staff was helpful and spoke English

The exact same breakfast for 9 days was a not good. Also most food was very cold and they have no heating facility close by. The bathroom didn't have bidet or shataf which was menssioned in the description of the hotel. Also the rooms are not really sound proof and there was a baby in the next room who cried and screamed a lot
