Location, rooms, and breakfast. Our room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was quite good. It was a comfortable stay.

1.Allotments of the room was not appropriate. We booked two junior suites and requested to give them on the same floor. They alloted one room on the 5th floor and the other smaller room on the 4th floor that too at the far end of the floor. Being a senior citizen, we had to walk a lot. Although we came to know later that there was a room already available on the same floor!! Why they didn't they give that to us!! Finally, the next day, they moved us 2. Choices of dishes in the only restaurant was very poor for vegetarians. My husband is intolerant to garlic, and he was left with hardly any choices? Only sandwiches or Kachapuri!! 5 star hotels should have more international choices. There are lots of Indian tourists there. No rice, curry, Thai, or Chinese dishes!! Surprisingly

Excellent location. Many good reataurants nearby. most important is only 5 mins to Opera and Ballet Theater Tbilisi that is meeting points of many day tours to outside Tbilisi - Trinity Monastery, and Uplistsikhe cave & Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The staff service is very helpful - I want to run in the morning in the next four days that Ana provides some good suggestions of running routes during checkin. I feel very warm and happy The room is very clean and comfortable - perfect. The cleaning lady is very nice and sweet. She asked how was my stay and let her know if need anything. Feel very considerated In the breakfast, i like the Walnuts jam - whole walnuts soak in sugarrrr jam - its my favorite and retreat after morning run each days Georgian Walnuts is really gooooood qualityz Unfortuntely, i cannot find walnut jam in local supermark Overall, its a very good experience. I will definitely return to this hotel next time.

My room is facing allies and park - silent. i heard some noise (~30mins) in one of the midnight - guess its protests. its because the hotel is close to Parliment.

The hotel is very comfortable because it is very clean, well-maintained, and close to downtown. Staff in the reception and room service are very friendly. The check-in and check out process was smooth and quick.

The staff in the restaurant require proper training to meet Marriott standards (except for the omelette makers, who were very professional). The dishes were wet, waiting for empty plates and spoons. Also, the staff needs to be more friendly and at least smile to the guests.

5 day stay at Marriott was rather pleasant and comfortable l.Rooms are good and maintained well. Guest support and service is good and overall the staff is friendly and helpful. Th e remarking thing was the reception staff helped us get taxi and also as we are vegetarians allowed us to order food from Indian restaurants

.Something that as guests of the hotel we look for a little help from kitchen staff as being a vegetarian we have to request something’s. And all the countries we have visited it has been easy but this thing we missed here. First and foremost the staff has to understand English well secondly some vegetarian options maybe cater to Asian palate.

Outstanding service and exceptional food! We were truly touched by the thoughtful gift waiting for us in our room upon returning from our wedding—what a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Nika for always making our breakfasts feel extra special with her attentive care. Location is great. All members of staff were very helpful. And the breakfast was very good.

Absolutely perfect location, situated on the main thoroughfare in Tbilisi (Rustavelli Avenue) and a short walking distance from many main attractions. The building has an iconic status within the city owing to its history and the building itself has great character with a beautiful courtyard and impressive interior.

The room was a bit cramped for space, especially considering the price that we paid which was equivalent to what a five star accommodation in any leading international city would have costed

The breakfast selection and quality were good and the breakfast timings was convenient, the best part of the hotel was the location.

The fitness center was very mediocre and the executive lounge could have been better and the bathrooms could really benefit from having bidets installed.

Location was perfect. Staff was extremely helpful.

Dental kits and shaving kits should be provided. Also we had to keep requesting for stocking of creamer/ tea bags/ coffee sachets despite using only 2 per day - we needed to keep calling post housekeeping next day as it was not refilled.
