Very chic design and decor. Breakfast was better than expected, especially coffee quality. Bathroom was very clean and water pressure was extremely good.

Too dimly lit whether inside or outside the room, elevator is on the slow side, there was a desk phone inside the room with a bright screen which I am not sure how to turn off - it disturbed my sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at the Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel! The rooms were absolutely wonderful—spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location near the Parliament is unbeatable, providing easy access to key attractions in the city. A special thanks to Gocha and Lili at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Despite my early check-in, they worked tirelessly to find a great room for me, and their warm and accommodating service made all the difference. Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel truly offers a blend of elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Convenient location near Freedom Square. Spacious superior room with comfortable bed and large bathroom with separate shower and standalone bath. Excellent air-conditioning for very hot weather. Good breakfast (not included in my selected rate).

Upon arrival had to wait 8 hours for room to be ready, as my flight from London landed early in the morning and room wasn’t available until 2pm. I had been warned of this risk, but it was still annoying after an overnight flight with little sleep. Room had not been available to book for the previous night. Air-conditioning in room 102 was not controllable - no on/off or temperature control, so room was permanently ice cold. Great after a long day out in very hot weather, but less good overnight.

We booked two rooms: one double room for a couple and one room for three people. The double room was amazing – luxurious, with a stunning and spacious bathtub, a private exit to the garden, a comfortable bed, and a huge overall space. The room for three included a living room, a separate bedroom, and two bathrooms, with access to a balcony. Both rooms were pleasant and well-kept, the staff was kind and attentive, and the location was unbeatable. When people talk about a boutique hotel – this is exactly what they mean. The pool was also open from 7 a.m. until midnight, allowing us to start the day with a refreshing morning swim.

The hotel staff welcomed us and made our stay pleasant. I truly recommend Shota@Rustaveli for your Tbilisi trip. The hotel is located slightly away from the main road in New City, Tbilisi, next to the parliament building which is very safe. The hotel is also within walking distance to public transport. They offered breakfast with continental and local food variety and the kitchen staff were truly helpful with your menu orders. Housekeeping staff made our stay more pleasant as they ensured the room is spanking clean everyday after our return from exploring the city..Front desk staff were accommodating to our requests. If you want to dine outside, the hotel is nearby to ranges of restaurants and bars along the main road.

Great botique hotel with unbelievably convenient location. It is walking distance to everything, from highlights to meetup points of tours and quite. Rooms are big and well looked after. Our initial room for family of 4 was smaller than we expected and they give us a free upgrade to 307 layout which is great size that will make you feel like you are in an airbnb flat. Front office manager Anna did her best to make our vacation pleasant. Room layouts are attached for families like us to request spesific rooms. Unlike many places in Georgia people front office team actually smile at this hotel. It really changes the experience. You feel like you are getting a service when people smile Very clean and very good internet as well Breakfast has fine dining feeling. Thanks to the daytime receptionist team we got the best advice for local good and went to Zodiaqo which is literally 200 meters away. Definitely will stay again. Strongly suggested

The hotel is at the excellent location in the very center but in a quiet street (next to the Parliament), with easy access to the metro and buses. It is a clean place, the staff are friendly, breakfast is outstanding, room if spacious. Many good restaurants are within walking distance and the shopping mall with a great supermarket is 10 minutes walking away.

While the WiFi was fast enough, there were breaks during the day which was frustrating.

We love the spacious rooms and the accommodating staff who helped us arrange tours, and book transfers. The hotel serves a really good breakfast. The location is in a very safe and clean area near the parliament, and close to sightseeing, restaurants and shopping.

The restaurant was closed for dinner and room service, and we did not know this- it was only open for breakfast. The whole building is on the same airconditioning, so it became too warm for us at that time of year- thankfully we had windows that opened for fresh air

First things first. The location of the hotel is just excellent. It is located in the very heart of the Old Tbilisi, right behind the Parliament. This way you get two contradictory benefits at once - you are both in the very center of the city, but in a very quiet street at the same time. Plus, there is always a police patrol near the hotel - so your safety is re-assured. The building itself is in the excellent state, lifts are working perfectly and I never faced a wait line. The interior design of the lobby, common areas and rooms is just superior. The owners invested in the design project pretty seriously. Our room was beautiful, very... no... very-very-spacey, with the excellent design touches and a really huge comfortable bed. Shower, toilet, bath tube - everything in the excellent state and look as they never used before. Really, the room is even more beautiful than on photos. There is a hairdryer, shoe brush, robes, shower caps, a lot of towels, tooth brushes, teapot and free water. Any non-free items from the mini-bar has a sticker to avoid confusion. Next, this room is definitely made for the couples in love. Like just married, or who feel like they're just married. Well, the matted glass of the toilet door is not transparent, but expect certain trust between people sharing the room. ))) Listen to me, only go to the bath if you have no further plans for that day. It's uber relaxing. The room itself is just an Instagram photozone, trust me. Unfortunately, I can't share the photos we made there - they are way too good )) Finally, all the personnel are very professional, helpful and friendly. But I must admit George - he is sooo excellent that he should train others ))

We were warned that our room has no balcony and we had to get outside to smoke. No way to complain as long as it was my decision, but make sure you ask personnel for a similar room with a balcony if they are available. Second, the hotel restaurant is not to my taste. I'm not fond of Italian cuisine, and the jazz music is very loud (though, very good). On the other hand, you are in the city center and there are plenty of restaurants you can reach by foot. Additionally, there is a Mister Cook canteen on Shevchenko 5 (3 mins by foot) where you can quickly get a good lunch for a low price. The mini-grocery is right near the canteen, so it's not an issue to buy water, strong drinks, and cigarettes right near the hotel. Lastly, it's very hard to get out of the room to see Tbilisi))

The Location & Staff. The location is excellent, but we had two problems. The first was the shower, which was not working correctly, and the second was that the kitchen staff decided to close the restaurant sooner, which caused us an uncomfortable situation. The General Manager asked how we felt, we explained what had happened, and they showed great behavior. That's why I will stay there again.

The kitchen staff made us feel uncomfortable, The room service didn't check if everything was working or not.
