The location of the hotel was great. Just some minutes to Catheral church and peach bridge. Also it have a spectacular view of City scenery at night from a second floor and balcony. Noona and Estella was so warm and friendly. I hope to see them again in Tblisi. Just some minutes around the hotel you can find khinkali houe resturant, bus and marshrutka stop, metro station, supermarket, petshop, suvenier shop, pharmaci and so on... Breakfast was enough and delicious. I thinks its so good to be a trash in the room and cosider a bottel of water and a cup and some tea bags for each guest in the rooms.

All things were good.

This is a really wonderful place to stay in Tblisi. It is a very quick walk to Avlabari metro station & close to the Cathedral. There are lots of snack bars near by & also the restaurant Kinkhali House - a great atmosphere, busy & delicious food & live music too - a wonderful way to spend the evening. The staff at 7 rooms are fantastic- Stella is always available for advice & suggestions with a lovely warm smile. Our room was perfect, a good size with a lovely hot shower & a balcony attached. Breakfast was great too, a good selection of really tasty food. We would definitely recommend 7 rooms & will stay again when we are in Tbilisi.

We had a great stay. Friendly host who waited for us to check in late. Nice balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Breakfast usually from 9 am, but when we left early, they prepared it for us earlier. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

Air conditioning was a bit weak.

Very big room with its own toilet. Owner was very helpfull with finding transport to Gori and with providing all sorts of informations.

We expected a kitchen but were happy to get warmed water for coffee and tea. Quiet and spacious rooms are great but it would be more helpfull for travellers to have small kitchen where we could prepair some coffee and simple dishes.

The hotel is super nice and my room was spacious and cozy. It’s just a 5 minute walk from Avlabari metro station and even closer to Sameba Cathedral. The owners were always friendly and helpful, also gave me advice on places to visit and to eat in the city. Would definitely come back again!

The location is highly accessible, very close to the metro station at Avlabari and a minute walk away from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. The staff are very courteous. Had a really great breakfast too.

Hər şəy həddindən artıq əla idi. Əvvəlcədən təsadüfi olaraq seçdik buranı və gələndə sahiblərinin Azərbaycanlı olduğunu görmək bizim daha da xoşumuza gəldi. Onların qonaqlara qarşı səmimi rəftarı , münasibəti ilə yanaşı otaqları çox təmiz və comfortlu idi . Tiflisə gələcək hamıya buranı məsləhət görürəm . Xüsusilədə Azərbaycandan gələn qonaqlar ürək rahatlığı ilə gəlib burda qala bilərlər.

Perfect accommodation to see the main points of Tbilisi (it is very close to the Avlabari metro, there are several supermarkets, bakeries and food places close by) the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning was very good for the heat, the balcony is perfect for admiring the view of the old town and also for dining.

Unfortunately one of the mattresses I believe has broken springs, and this was very uncomfortable, I suggest you replace it urgently as this does not match the standard of this place. ( apartment 4, bed next to the window)

Near the metro station Alavbari, kind staff (poor English but we could understand each other), super breakfast, nice view of Mother Georgia and the Tv Tower

The shower was open in the bathroom so the floor was always slippery

It was ok. We had a problem with the selected room. They solved it by giving us another room for a smaller price. Room was big and staff is polite. If you need to speak in english call Gurban, really nice guy!

The bed could be more comfy. They are working on the sewerage.
