The location was perfect for me—I was able to walk to all the important places. It is also very close to markets, shops, and restaurants. The moment I checked in, the hosts kindly offered me coffee and tea, which made me feel very welcome. They were always friendly and smiling. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast due to my schedule.

Although this doesn't require a sad face :) The free Wi-Fi was available and it worked for sure, but the connection could be improved.

The location of the hotel was central. The distance between the airport and the hotel is 40 minutes. You can reach most places by walking. There is a shopping mall near the hotel. It was nice to watch the sunrise from the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the gentleman working at the reception, whose name I do not know, was very helpful. Our room was not ready because we arrived at the hotel early. However, we were able to leave our luggage. Thank you again for your help 🌸

I will start with staff cause they were very nice and helpful especially the manager 'George' and you could see that everyone is doing their best. The hotel is quiet, small and stylish but needs to be renovated. The hotel has two entrances, one that has an elevator but is not the main entrance which takes you to long halls till you reach the reception and the second is through stairs which takes you directly to the reception. The location is excellent, it's located on Rustaveli avenue which has everything you might need (super market/money exchange/restaurants,etc) close to 2 metro stations, 10 min walk to freedom square. There is a building next to the hotel with constructions going on, so it could get noisy sometimes. I got clean towels everyday and tissue paper without me asking which was good. The hotel is quite and feels more of family owned which gives you a comfortable feeling. Overall, I had a lovely and comfortable stay in the hotel.

Few comments for the hotel to improve :) The breakfast is not buffet but ready set portions which is okay, but it would be better if they don't leave it open and waiting on the table as it made the bread dry. My room didn't get vacuumed throughout my stay which was disappointing, regular vacuuming would be great. The towels given had stains on them which wasnt very pleasant even though they smelled clean. Hotel could purchase new towels instead.

Once enter one may consider it a regret even the shaky elevator which takes to the hotel floor. But when the elevator opens a classic feels overwhelms and all the initial thoughts fades away. The building as I came to know was an old government building turned in to hotel. The room I booked was huge with another floor with single beds within the room. Spacious balcony with the view of Opera and Ballet Theater of Tbilisi and other surrounding notable buildings. Beds were comfy and clean. Coffee is available all the time just outside the rooms in a huge hall where if you have an eye for antique stuff, will find interesting things. Overall liked the building it was cozy and comfy and was located at a very convenient place where in both directions shops, cafes, shopping center and an old building of Georgian Academy of Sciences.

Hotel has new manager, Givi and Luka are giving excellent service and warm hospitality! It is in central location located near many good restaurants and shopping places. Also very convenient for bus, taxi or metro )

The location of the Rustaveli Hotel is absolutely perfect! - it just right across from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet. The interior of the hotel is sophisticated and someone who designed that space certainly knew what they were doing The room was spacious and clean. Just perfect The last but not least - the breakfast was delicious. Big plus for delicious coffee

The location is central ,the room was spacious ,old but renovated with a historic touch .The backbone of the whole hotel was Ilia , a young man of the hotel staff who spoke English fluently.He was extremely helpful ,friendly ,professional and patient .We extend our gratitude to Ilia for such an amazing stay.

Ilia helped us with the bags ,otherwise there was no one to help.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to restaurants, attractions and modes of transportation. The room was clean and the balcony was the best.

There was noise from the main road. Initially, when arriving, I was not sure about whether to use the lift to access the hotel. The sign in the street is very small. But once I accessed the hotel it had lots of old world character.

Very nice hotel! Very warm and welcoming staff. Beautiful decorations and design. Great location and nice rooms with balcony. Delicious breakfast and cozy atmosphere. I would definitely come back there in future and recommend it to others! Thank you!

The manager is amazing the people working ay the hotel have such positive vibes it gives such a homely feeling and staff is just amazing they also have a dog Archie he's so cute I love him I had the best day in my entire trip at this particular hotel I would recommend everyone to stay here
