The best thing about this hotel is the location! Its right next to the Liberty square and very central to most tourist spots including Malls, shops, restaurants, market square, Peace bridge and cable car point. The metro station & taxi stand is just few mins walk and right opposite the hotel is the Hop-on-Hop off bus point. The service is okay. They probably have the best Wine collection in city given they have their own harvest. They provide unlimited water bottles to guests, which is a bonus but need to replace use of one-time plastic bottles in the room with something more sustainable.

The rooms are poorly designed (double room with Balcony) as there was no space to open the suitcase. So if you are staying longer than 3 days, it’s a bit of hassle. The bfast was average with limited options on buffet and same items get repeated everyday. The amenities in the room is very basic, a tiny table & low lighting, no dustbin in the room (have to use the one in bathroom everytime)

Definitely, the location is priceless.All of the staff are helpful , rooms were cleaned properly every day . Though it is a very central and busy location , the room was amazingly silent and calm. I arrived very late after midnight and Beka received us and was very helpful and polite... the hotel has a restaurant at the entrance and they serve breakfast lunch and dinner there.. and they also wine makers or brand in Georgia for those who are interested. Some of the rooms have a balcony to the Rustavali street and the square .. if you are lucky.. you might be accommodated there . At all, value for the money .

Excellent value for money. Location was perfect. Metro, shopping, landmarks all on the doorstep. Hotel was well maintained, nicely decorated with courteous and welcoming staff. Reception staff cheerful and helpful, restaurant staff very friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about wine making. Food great. Room cleaned to a high standard. A few lightbulbs out in room. Very kind leaving gift which was a nice touch and hugely appreciated. This is a really lovely little hotel which just needs to make a few tweaks and it’ll become a firm favourite for new to Tbilisi UK tourists. We wish the hotel huge success moving forward.

Balcony room overlooks a very busy, 24hr noisy road. Small, dark and not much to see. Kettle rather than coffee machine in room. Fridge available but not plugged in. (Not that it bothered us) Breakfast service somewhat slow, unclear and only eggs to choose from the single use A4 tick sheet menu. Buffet food choice, random. Management perhaps need to do a bit of research as to what other hotels offer. Much needed self serve coffee machine missing in restaurant. Heated electric tray offered random breakfast items, minimal choice. Juice types unknown, could have been labelled. Breakfast staff slow to attend to guests, no explanation as to ordering procedure. Food slow to arrive.

1. It has a perfect location for visiting many places of interest. 2. It offers a nice breakfast with healthy food and diverse choices. 3. The room is clean with quality of supplies 5. Last but certainly not least, I benefited from their excellent service. The staff who are helpful and responsive made my journey much easier and more pleasant. I appreciate every staff member I encountered. For instance, Mariam helped with a reservation issue with effective response. Beka helped me communicate with a travel agency, checked opera ticket information, and ordered a taxi. Diana made good recommendations for places to visit and restaurants., Anano was very thoughtful and assisted with the airport transfer, and even the breakfast staff on duty was very helpful. All in all, I had a great experience and truly appreciate it.

Pros: location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, metro, shopping mall and hop-on-hop-off bus stop are located right next to the hotel..

Cons: 1. there was a strong sewage smell in the room, but the issue was resolved; 2. pillows are way too hard to be comfortable. 3. Room temperature was impossible to adjust with the thermostat..we stayed the 3rd week of November and it was getting pretty warm in the room especially by the middle of the night..we always woke up sweaty..4. The balcony door is not soundproof and we could hear all the noise from the street, some nights it wasn’t easy falling asleep because we could hear cars driving by zooming and honking

I had a wonderful stay at the BADAGONI Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with all my needs met promptly and efficiently. The hotel's location is perfect, centrally situated and close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel is located in Rustaveli Avenue and directly to the Freedom Square, which means they are in the center of everything! Close to Galeria Mall, Liberty Square Metro Station, and Old Tbilisi. The location of Badagoni Hotel is their best advantage. The receptionists are also helpful plus our room has interesting artworks but the window does not have a view. They also have a nice restaurant with huge variety of wines, I love the design of their restaurant. Great breakfast offerings too 😊

Location and the staff were very helpful

We arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find the entrance : the entrance is thru the door of the restaurant but sign on the door said it’s closed so we went another hotel who called the hotel and we were told to go to the restaurant entrance which is open in spite of the Closed sign on the door. This needs to fixed since it’s misleading and confusing

Friendly staff, very clean and excellent location.

Walking across the dinning room in order to get to the lift to get to your room. Most of the time this was okay, however I felt uncomfortable doing this when people were in there eating. There is a corridor from the reception which goes around the back of the dining room but the door was locked (or I wasn't pushing it hard enough) so I couldn't go that way on some occasions. Its not a big issue, and will not bother many people, in addition it would not prevent me from staying there again as I enjoyed my stay.
