Housekeeping did a really good job here keeping everything clean, the hotel also gives you bottled water to drink. The room is a nice size with lots of space for your things. The mini fridge and A/C were both a lifesaver in September. The great location of the hotel puts you near everything, yet the neighborhood itself is quiet and away from major roads (in terms of noise). You can walk 5 minutes and be on major streets with music playing until late into the night but in this hotel you won’t hear a thing.

One of the receptionists refused to help with anything. His response to every question was “I don’t know” while he continued to play on his phone…. It makes you wonder why you’re paying for a hotel with 24/7 front desk if one of the three people who rotate front desk duty will refuse to answer any of your questions or help out with anything. Thankfully the two actually helpful receptionists were there much more often.

The staff Avto and Giorgi were very helpful during my stay as i was alone traveler, good location nearby to freedom square, erkle street, europe square.

As vegetrian Indian i would like that it would have more Vegeterian hot breakfast options like baked beans, potatoes wedges and veg Pizza ( i saw there was ham pizza). Overall good breakfast!

Good location. Good view from balcony. Good breakfast. Closest to all main hotspots of Old Tbilisi. Room is spacious but only with balcony and terrace not the other rooms. Mostly its on 4th floor. Definitely value for money.

Only thing i did not like was the fact the even after informing and selecting room with balcony city view and paid for the same i got very small room with side building view. Especially when i see those options are clearly available. Then i told reception i dont mind giving extra to get that one. But then he understood situation and help me to shift bigger room which is appreciating. So guys clearly inform what you want once u book and take confirmation.

Location was close to the main boulevard. It was easy to walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable.

Staff wasn't very helpful when I asked for an airport taxi. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet over the mattress and the small flat sheet kept sliding off. We had to go ask for more toilet paper. The room definitely had a smell. Sometimes of sewer from the bathroom. Also just smelled old and stuffy.

The location is 💯. It is located at the heart of Old Tbilisi and tourist places nearby the area is walkable friendly. 5 mins. Walk to Freedom Square and The Leaning Clock Tower, 8-10 mins. Walk to Bridge of Peace and Rike Park. Nice and helpful staff from checking in and til out.

No elevator and the bar/restaurant or pantry area was closed at the moment when I visited.

I like that it is near the centre (Liberty Square), only 5 mins walk. Giorgi is helpful when we drop off our luggage at 9 am and leave for a full day tour with our guide - when we come back, our luggage is ready inside our room. It is a big help for us since we stay in the attic on the 4th floor. Then, when we checked out, they also helped us to bring it down. We like the free breakfast every morning, it's plenty of choices.

We stayed for 3 nights, and during the 2nd and 3rd nights, there's a problem with the heater. Although, as per Giorgi, it is a city problem not only with our hotel. Anyway, it is still a good stay for us with this hotel. It is worth the stay, and we will definitely recommend it to others 😊

Great location. Just 5 minutes walk to the Main Street of old city and all attractions are within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe and we were able to return late at night without any security concerns. The breakfast was superb with a great variety. The room was spacious and very well maintained. Everyone from reception onwards was very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite warm even with the AC on. But I think this is a common problem in summer.

Great staff that spoke English and offered concrete advice on what to do nearby. Really charming room with big headboard and very kitchy* furniture. Very quiet at night and comfy bed. They offered things like tea and good coffee instant mix with a electric tea kettle. Very clean and comfortable. Strategically near the old walls of Tbilisi and good to walk around at night to Bridge of Peace.

They did not offer breakfast earlier than 830am or breakfast to go. I think this is a ongoing thing in Georgia to be honest. There aren't any elevators but they don't have that many floors.

The young Manager was excellent and very helpful. He organised our transfer to the airport on time and at very good price. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared. Nice and clean.

The displayed photo with terrace view on Booking.com is deceptive. Guests do not have access to the terrace as IT IS PRIVATE...whatever it means!

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to old tblisi and walking distance to main attractions. The rooms were big, clean and well maintained. All facilities and amenities mentioned were available. Breakfast was also good with a wide spread. Vakho was very helpful as the manager.

The WiFi was quite weak and we were unable to use WhatsApp calls on it. Also, it would have been nice to have more hot dishes in vegetarian options for breakfast.
