We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tbilisi. The interior was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Tamara – it was absolutely fantastic! Always fresh, delicious, and varied. Tamara herself was incredibly kind and attentive, going out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the room was very well equipped. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The only point of confusion for us was the housekeeping service. We had understood that it would be done daily, but during our stay, the room wasn’t cleaned. However, since we were only there for a short time and the room was already very clean, it wasn’t a big issue.

We really liked the staff, reception and breakfast personnel were really friendly! We were able to check in earlier. The rooms are reasonably sized and has all the comfortable features such as electric plugs and sockets, aircon, tv. My personal favourite is a Kettle, cups and spoons. We also really liked a terrace where we enjoyed having dinners and drinks. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the lady working there is always super friendly and helpful. Wifi is strong and stable. I managed to work and watch videos.

Nothing about the hotel. The neighborhood is very touristy so if you want to have food at the reasonable price and not wait for hours, it is better to order delivery and eat in a hotel.

Perfect location right in the very old center of Tbilisi. Everything you need is very close by. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help. Hotel is very nice, I really enjoyed my stay. I should mention that if your room is not on the ground floor, you have to climb the stairs. However, the staff is happy to help you with your luggage and anything else you need. Special thanks to the lady who cooked breakfast − it was very good!

Everything was great!

We had a great 1 week stay at the hotel . Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish, with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The location of the hotel is superb with everything walking distance away . It’s located right in the centre of old Tbilisi very close to the Freedom square. The hotel is very cosy and atmospheric. Special Big Thank you to the hotel administrator Viktor who helped throughout our stay , he was always helpful and very professional . Definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is a beautifully renovated old house in the middle of the old town. Style and everything is perfect, although some rooms have better space and balconies, others - like mine - are small and not much daylight in it. Room is accessible by an outside steep staircase, with luggage it's complicated. As 3 rooms open from a small corridor, it can become quite noisy and other guests are not respecting the calm of others. Otherwise the place is charming, the owner goes way out to meet all your needs, the breakfast is really nice and good portion. The room is very cosy and well equipped, not lacking anything inside. Bathroom is very functional and also a very nice style. Everything in old town is comfortable walking distance, 5 minutes walk from Liberty square. Can't imagine a better placement.

Because of the people chatting late in the internal courtyard and clapping doors in and out their rooms, if you want to sleep relatively early, it is rather difficult. The street is very quiet, the other guests are not. A sign warning them to be respectful after 10 pm may be a good idea.

I liked how the staff was attentive. They spoke clear English. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and you feel like you are living in Victorian Era with the fanciness of the room. The queen bed was exceptionally comfortable and I liked how they had a hot kettle so you can make coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean and in working order. They offered good advice on things to do in the city. It is easily hard to find; look for silver burgers restaurant sign since that's lit up at night. I would 100% visit here again if in Georgia. It's close to Bridge of Peace, 10 minute walk and close to food joints near old city walls of Tbilisi.

The staff at the hotel were quite friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made my stay more pleasant. The room I was assigned to was clean and spacious enough for my needs. It's always a relief to walk into a hotel room and find it spotless and tidy. The space was comfortable, and I had no complaints about the cleanliness. One of the major advantages of this hotel could be its location. It was in a superb spot, with easy access to everything you might need during your stay and such convenience is always a significant plus.

Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast. All I can say about the breakfast offered is that it was sufficient, and that’s it. It had the basics (delicious enough though), but I wouldn't say it was anything to write home about. One aspect that caught my attention as slightly inconvenient was the lack of a mini bar in the room. Mini bars are not only practical during those long nights but have also become an industry norm in many accommodations. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend that the hotel consider providing guests with two half liter bottles of water per day during their stay. It's a simple touch that could enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel location is very good for exploring the city & close to the restaurants, shops & night life. I adored the nearby streets with restaurant in which live music was playing every night! It is so great & not far from the hotel! The surrounding buildings beside the hotel are old & pretty shabby, a bit bohemian area. But, I could see Mother Georgia monument from my window & some other historic monuments from my big terrace! The decorations at the hotel are very specific, attractive& different. The breakfast was good. The staff was polite, the internet worked ok most of the time, with short breaks in connection on my last day. The aircon worked very well! It is good place & great value for money. Would recommend it for short stays!

Everything was ok!

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the old town, if you are looking for something historical it is a good place to start. What's better than the location is the staff and they are the best, the only thing between them and 5 star hotel is the uniform, they are very helpful always smiling, able to speak in English and other languages.

The rooms should be cleaned better and not only cleaning the trash, I noticed the floors never been cleaned on my stay, also the katel is dirty and never been cleaned so I didn't use it at all. Sometimes there might be noise but mostly because of drunk guests.

Location was excellent! Staff was very nice, trying to accommodate our request of not having to move rooms, since we had 2 separate reservations for 2 nights. Also, the request for almond milk for breakfast was accommodated - only at this property for our entire trip in Georgia.

There could have been some fruits for breakfast and better coffee. Also, it was quite loud outside due to the location, but that is not something that the hotel is responsible for.
