Ultimately central location in the heart of the old town, walking distance to tourist sites and numerous bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The room is tiny but 100% matched the description. It has just everything you need to feel cozy, especially when you are there just to spend the night or relax in the evening after the day of exploring beautiful Tbilisi. Beautiful panoramic view to the city from the terrace certainly gives it a special touch. The service is friendly and welcoming. Safe neighborhood.

A bit noisy as located on a lively big street however this is what you expect anyway.

I liked the hospitality of the employees. From the moment you arrive, they come to help with your bags. The hotel is a protected building, so there are no elevators and you have to walk up stairs just to get to reception. They also offered us a glass of wine when checking in. The views from our twin bed with terrace room were amazing! The AC and wifi worked well. I appreciated the outlets and personal lights right by the beds. The bathroom was clean and large. The toilet flushed well. Lots of hooks to hold towels, robes, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location cannot be beat! It's a quick walk to all the sites and the free walking tour I took on my first day.

I don't think there's anything that can be done about it, but the room we were in had a slanted ceiling, so even though we're short, we spent more time sitting on the terrace than inside the room. Also, the room overall was a bit small for 2 people with 4 bags (1 rolly carry on, 1 backpacker backpack, and 2 personal sized backpacks). Not exactly a bad thing, just be prepared.

The place combines comfortable modern interior with an old-city wall. Really old churches, and main touristic places are within walking distance as well as number of restaurants, exchanges, wine-and grocery shops are around. The view form the balcony is awesome (take into an account it is and old building baloney at the 2nd floor). The host was very supportive and welcome.

It was a little cold during nights and air conditioning system was not an option as it was too noisy. The noise from the main street is the price for a room in the center.

The hotel does not serve breakfast, but there are several places within 300 metres where one can buy breakfast - from a la carte to buffet - at reasonable prices. Thus, this is not a major inconvenience.

By and large, everything was perfect. Having breakfast on site would have been a bonus. The other small problem we had was that the hotel is noisy, because of its proximity to a major street. The management would do well to invest in double-glazing to keep street noises out, especially because Georgians seem to revel in revving their motorcycles and sports cars well into the night.

The hospitality is outstanding , location is excellent and rooms spotless. The staff were welcoming, even helping with the bags up the stairs. They accommodated an extra bed for my son. Just sitting in the fancy balcony and observing is a pleasure. Within 5 mins walking to the old city sites and about the same to a fancy mall. The complimentary glass of wine on arrival did not hurt.

It is close to the Main Street, so some noise but I guess that comes with a great location

The hotel is beautiful and also has an interesting history! It is right in the middle of the old town so is close to everything and very walkable, especially if you're arriving via the bus from Kutaisi, which we were. The staff is amazing - we had a great chat with the guy working reception while we were there (I've forgotten his name, unfortunately!) and he shared a lot about the hotel, Tbilisi, and Georgia in general. The room was spacious, and the toiletries were very generous. Definitely recommend!

Of course since you're staying right in the action, there is quite a bit of road noise. But it's easy to drown out with a white noise/sleep app

Love the aesthetic of the hotel and the terrace just outside the room with a view of Narikala fortress and the Mother of Georgia! Despite the tiny room, it was complete with bathrobe, bedroom slippers, shoe horn, shoe polish, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, body lotion, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, bottled water and a digital safe. There is also a convenient charging point right next to your bed. Impressively, the water from the shower does not flood the area outside the shower area when the door is closed despite sharing the same floor level. Gizo, the staff who checked me in was incredibly helpful and friendly. He assisted with my baggage up the stairs to my room, gave me a mini tour of the room, introduced points of interest in the city and overall, made me feel extremely welcomed seeing as it was my first time to Tbilisi. The property is also a short 5 min walk from the bus stop where the airport bus drops you off. Wifi is secured and fast.

The room has a sloping roof and despite being a 160cm Asian, I still found myself accidentally knocking my head a couple of times against the ceiling when accessing the wardrobe compartment with the digital safe. The tap was also in a slightly awkward position that could obstruct your use of the sink a little.

First things first, the staff here are wonderful! Super super helpful - helped me change my room last minute, carry our luggage up from taxi, offered plenty of recommendations and overall just very friendly. The location was incredible - it's on the back roads so you're nearby such a range of artsy bars, cool cafes and local boutiques whilst still being very close to the touristic areas like Freedom Square and Peace Bridge. Rooms were very clean and spacious!

I had the room with the terrace which was a lovely extension to the very small room. I was very delayed and the lovely staff waited for me in the middle of the night. There is a pickup service from the airport.

You share the terrace with another room so if they are noisy or smokers then that could impact your experience. The room I had is so small that you can only really sit on the bed, so if you cannot be outside on the terrace for whatever reason then the room can feel a little cramped.

Nice surrounding, clean room, nice building in historic neighborhood with signature nice balconies.

There is virtually no place to store your belongings, you have a wardrobe in the depth of the room behind the bed, and that's it. No even hooks or hangers by the door to hang your coat on, even though there is a nice niche where they would so nicely fit. So all our stay we had our things scattered all over the room :-)
