The hotel is a beautiful, recently renovated, historic Georgian ‘’courtyard” house. Beautiful Georgian paintings in the reception area and Georgian carpets in the rooms and common areas. The view from my room was stunning: the Cathedral and the Presidential Palace. The neighbourhood is quiet but convenient with lots of interesting streets, restaurants and ancient Anchistkhati Church nearby. But it was the hospitality of the staff that stands out. Their communication was excellent. They arranged a taxi from Tbilisi airport. Upon arrival, Sandro welcomed me at check-in and provided me with a drink, before showing me to my room. Veriko then took me on a short tour of the neighbourhood, introducing me to local artists, crossing over to Rike Park. This was a very thoughtful and welcome introduction to the beauty of Tbilisi after a long flight from Australia. Later, I met manager Nicolaz, Fahad, Giorgi and even the owner Hamat, all of whom warmly welcomed me and chatted. Later in my stay, Sandro booked a hot springs bath at Chreli Abano for me and Veriko kindly booked a day trip to Kazbegi at short notice. I cannot recommend the staff highly enough. I truly felt like I was in wonderful Sakartvelo.

This hotel is fabulous. The breakfast is so tasty. The restaurant is excellent, and very accomodating to my food allergies. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the rooms are very quiet. We had a great time meandering about the city. The staff were so warm and friendly and helpful, they gave great advice about where to go and what to see. My daughter and I loved it here and hope to visit again.

The toilet in our bathroom started leaking and wouldn't flush. When I called reception to let them know that there was a problem, someone came to our room immediately to see what the problem was. They were knocking at our door almost before I hung up. It took a few hours to fix, and meanwhile we could not use our toilet.

The rooms are huge and very nicely designed - I stayed in the smallest room available and it was still such a generous size. The hotel is beautifully designed and perfect for those who like the boutique hotel feel (the photos do not do it justice). Breakfast is beyond delicious and, although not a buffet, there are so many options. The staff allow you to order any number of plates from the breakfast menu so the inclusive breakfast is very cost effective and offers plenty of opportunity to sample everything. Finally, the location in the middle of the old city could not be better. The main entrance to the hotel is located on a quiet street, whilst the back entrance leads onto a small street close to lots of the main sights and restaurants.

The only thing to note is that this isn’t a big hotel and there are not many facilities on the premises. This did not bother me and is not a “negative”, but it is just something to note.

THE PROPERTY IS A REAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL, PERFECTLY RUNNING AND IN A GREAT LOCATION FOR THOSE WITH VISION, AS IT IS LOCATED IN THE VERY HEARTH OF OLD TBILISI AND SOME BUILDING IN THE AREA ARE IN BAD SHAPE BUT IS PART OF THE PROCESS ALL THIS NEIGBOURHOOD IS GOING THRU. ROOMS ARE NEW AND PERFECTLY DESIGNED WITH A WARM TOUCH OF "OLD FASHION" STYLE TO GIVE YOU A PERFECT HOME FEELING. BREAKFAST ARE GREAT AND THE TEAM IS HELPFULL AND WARM.

ALMOST ALL PERFECT!!! ,JUST AS MENTIONED THE FULL BUILDING IS COMPLETLY NEW, WITH NEW BATHROOMS ( MISSING SOME SPACE TO PLACE YOUR TOILLETERIES, ETC- AN ARCHITECTUAL FAULT...) BUT PERFECTLY MANTAINED AND FUNCTIONAL.

We had an amazing stay at the House Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, but more than that, the fabulous staff created a warm, relaxed & fun atmosphere that made our time at the House Hotel unforgettable. The delicious food served at the hotel restaurant was the cherry on top. Big thank you to Claartje, Natalia, Veriko, Ali and all the other personnel that welcomed us!

The hotel is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, new and so comfortable. The room we stayed in was the very same room we booked. Balcony overlooking the beautiful inner porch with hotel restaurant (Blue Fox) downstairs. We had lovely piano music playing in the evenings. The location could not be better. Hotel staff at the desk and restaurant were extremely professional and friendly, We received welcome drinks on arrival. Breakfast a la carte was the best breakfast we ever had at a hotel. We travel frequently and this was absolutely one of the best stays ever for us.

the single thing that could be arranged better was the functionality of the bathroom. The towel rack above toilet is not the best placement and there was no space to put your own toiletries in the bathroom (shelves behind mirror are too small and hard to reach). Also there were over 100 channels on TV but only a handful in English and they were all either news or sports.

If you're looking for a hotel that combines a fantastic location with top-notch service, look no further than this hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel is conveniently located near the Clock Tower and surrounded by some of the city's most picturesque sights. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to help and make sure that our stay was comfortable. The crowning jewel of our stay was the breathtaking view from the hotel's balcony. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to make their Tbilisi trip unforgettable.

If you are visiting Tblisi this is a place that you must choose. Perfect location just behind the clock tower walking distance to the Bridge of peace and few minutes later you are in the heart of Old Tblisi. The rooms are clean spacious and cozy. All the staff is very helpfull. Especially big thanks to Sandro who works at the front desk in the morning. Breakfast is excellent. And there is an outdoor restaurant that works all day very nice atmosphere to enjoy nice food and some excellent Georgian wine. Thank you all for your amazing hospitality and I'll definitely visit you again.

It’s an exceptional hotel from the staff, location, cleanness and interior to the breakfast. The Staff: Veriko and her colleagues were very helpful, friendly and kind people, they were always smiling. They helped me a lot to manage the transportation issue to other cities. The Location: great location in old Tbilisi, close to the main attractions the city offers. The Interior: the hotel is beautiful and the interior is elegant. And on the top of that, it is super clean! The Breakfast: Delicious and generous breakfast makes you start your day in the best way, big thanks to the staff in the restaurant!

Nice big room, very comfortable bed, and good, clean bathroom.

There was no comfortable place to work on a computer in the room so we had to go down to the restaurant in the courtyard, where the staff were occupying most of the tables near the power outlets. The restaurant was nice but service was so, so slow!! We waited at least 30-40 minutes for a bowl of yoghurt and granola in the mornings, and an hour for our first course at dinner.
