We are really enjoying our stay in the heart of Tbilisi. The location is absolutely brilliant, with shops and famous attractions just a stone’s throw away. Everything has been perfect. Our room is quiet, with a kettle and fridge – ideal for a stay with a baby. The room was clean, tidy, and well-organized. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Tbilisi. The friendly staff speaks both English and Russian fluently, and they were always happy to assist with any questions. We highly recommend this place to our friends and will definitely stay again!"

The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Location was right next to the Gabriadze theater and clock, in the heart of old Tbilisi. Very accommodating with our request to have another duvet, as it was very cold when we arrived in Tbilisi. Breakfast was great -sweet and savory choices available- and more than enough for our needs. Nice balcony that we didn’t use that much.

Only one night was a bit noisy both from next door tenants and outside - but that is not up to the owner; it’s a matter of (self) respect. 🙂

The family room was perfect, with a big renovated bathroom. The beds were of excellent size and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but tasty. The location is the best in the city, to the right is the Peace bridge and to the left is the clock tower. Live music is a bonus to those who enjoy a night life, the hotel itself has a cafe with a piano. The staff are helpful and room service is daily.

The hotel is near to the center of tbilisi, the room is huge and can accomodate 4 person. Also value for money. Everything is walking distance and it has restaurant and wineshops nearby. Also the owners are very hospitable and will assist you whenever you need something. The breakfast was superb! We will come back again next time.

Since its nearby the center its common to have some small noise at night due to some restaurant and wine shop nearby. But its understandable and manageable.

The hotel has an excellent location in Tblisi Old Town, so it was easy to walk to many of the city's main sites. The owner/staff were very helpful and upgraded us on our second stay. There are many good restaurants close by too. well worth staying at.

The TV channels could have been better; although there were channels freom countries all over the world - from Kyrgyzstan to Italy - there was not a single English language news channel.

I love that this place is in the heart of old Tbilisi. If you are searching for a hotel near everything, this is your place... the staff is amiable and the manager is super helpful

When we arrived, the room was good, but there was something missing like the tv remote. The minibar wasn't working, we reported, and the next day, the remote was there, minibar still without working. They offered us free drinks for the inconvenience, and that fixed the problem for us. 😆
