The location is excellent: you will find yourself in Old Tbilisi, and take your time to walk across the old small streets and watch old houses with nice balconies. Some of them are unfortunately destroyed but somehow it makes anyway interesting impressions: Old Tbilisi. And all the center is very close including major squares and streets and a shopping center. The Shota Rustaveli avenue is very close, with its museums (the art by Nico Pirosmanishvili is very wroth to see)! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, in no doubts. We have spent three days in this hotel, and after travelling through the country, came back again for three nights to the same hotel. The rooms are clean, the lunch is satisfied. That is a good place for staying in Tbilisi. We had also a suite, with the exit to a balcony having great views on the Mother or Georgia monument and the Mtatsminda Park. There are an air-conditioner, TV (we did not open even), a small refrigerator, a safe box and a kettle.. The WiFi was strong

The elevator would be useful, to go up for our third floor or down and up for the breakfast which is below the entrance room. However, I do not consider it as a shortcoming since we knew it in advance. And a nice guy helped us to bring suitcases upstairs. I recommend paying attention that when there are four people in a (nice large) room, they expect to have four cups and a sufficient number of tea and coffee bags. The breakfast could be more diverse

The location is fantastic. 5 minutes to the old city and 15 minutes walk to all the masterpieces.

Breakfast is very poor. But who cares about breakfast in the hotel in Tbilisi? In 5 minute's walk all kinds of cafes are ready to prepare all kinds of world cuisines for you))

Good location ion old town Tbilisi. It is in a walkable distance to many attraion place ie. Bridge of peace , cable car , Freedom square , ride park and manny other place. Breafast is good even though not too much thing to have. There is a parkiing space for few car.

some of receptionists could be more friendly looking (even though that they were polite, still felt that we owe something to them)... wifi could be also better missing chairs in the room

Lady receptionist is not very nice. You have a feeling that everything is trouble for her. We wanted to prolong our stay and she wasn't helpful. Anyway the owner is very nice and we arranged everything with him.

The hotel seems newly renovated and has comfortable clean room.It has a perfect location. There are few markets nearby at Abkhazi Street just a 200 meters away and it’s very close to Freedom Square as well. Will stay here again :)

The breakfast could be improved. The WiFi is almost unavailable in some rooms at 1st floor :(

The hotel and room had a nice interior, with many of the sights in Tbilisi in close proximity. Thus, a lot of sightseeing can be done by foot and everything is quite reachable.

The breakfast was a bit random and bland.

Comfortable bed, high pressure hot shower, great location. So I got all I wanted from this hotel.
