We stayed at the Blue Fox for a week while we visited Georgia and Armenia and would give it 11 out of 10 if that was possible! The hotel itself is a lovely old building. Everything is very clean and well decorated and our room was a good size with a nice balcony good for sitting out on in the evenings. It is in a great location in the old town just along from the Gabriadze Theatre so very handy for getting around. The staff were all excellent, everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout and they helped us with transfers to and from the airport as our flights were very early in both directions! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel several times and there is a good range of different Georgian dishes to try as well as local beers, wines and tasty cocktails. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope we can visit again in the future! 🙂

The hotel was in a perfect location, allowing me to explore the historic streets and nearby landmarks easily. The room was cozy and well-designed, blending modern comforts with traditional Georgian touches. What I particularly loved was the atmosphere—there was something magical about staying in such a historic area. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, my stay was unforgettable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are true to the pictures (perhaps even more visually stunning in person) and the staff were friendly/responsive to any issues we had, which were minor. For example, our kettle was not working, and it was replaced immediately. We stayed in the Studio with Balcony, which had a great view of the city and Holy Trinity Cathedral beyond. The hotel is located in the perfect spot in Old Town. We stayed there for 4 days and didn't need to use a car/metro. Everything you could possibly want to see was within walking distance.

No shower door. With a large shower head, water went absolutely everywhere. This is not the first hotel I've observed this. Maybe it's a European thing?

We were a group of 6 on a golfing holiday. We couldn't have picked a better hotel even if we tried. Breakfast was great, the location was absolutely perfect. Veriko was an absolute angel, she sorted out all our needs, she was fantastic. In fact all of the staff where amazing. We kept the bar staff very busy and they were totally up to the challenge. Draft beer was perfectly bitterly cold, much needed on the hot days. Music in the courtyard every night, no need to go anywhere else actually :) The amount of people walking past the courtyard stopping to take photos just goes to show how awesome the building/restaurant/courtyard looked (day and night). Amazing little restaurant and wine shop right next door too. Everything is in walking distance, central as you could want. If you need to be picked up for a taxi or transfer, the back road next to reception is perfect for pickups and drop offs. A lot of hotels can only be reached by foot, but this hotel gives you both options. Lots of delightful little alleys all around the hotel to explore the wonderful little shops/bars/cafes/coffee shops all within 500m walk. Believe me when i say you do NOT need a car. A HUGE CONGRATS TO VERIKO AND HER TEAM. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

The hotel was doing some air-conditioning maintenance, which was a bit unfortunate, however we left our balcony doors and windows open at night to let in the breeze. However, the hotel did give us a very good discount because the air-conditioning wasn't available when were there.

- The staffs are very kind and supportive. - The hotel location is very convenient and quiet. - Hotel equipments are good enough and tidy. - Tiny balcony is wonderful and enjoyable scenery. - Cafeteria of the hotel is nice and pretty.( we don’t have breakfast, but we had small supper there.) - The hotel prices are reasonable. - The hotel offer early check in.(available basis, but luckily)

Not really, but small improvements if possible. - Water boiler was out of order. We requested to replace next day, but it’s same one. - There was no hair dryer equipped(2nd day equipped with order)

While the cost per night is higher than other hotels, this is a perfectly designed hotel in an excellent location. The communication with hotel prior to arrival was very good (via WhatsApp) provided the support and answers we needed. On the day of arrival, we managed to find parking on the street Infront of the hotel with no issue. The rooms were outstanding! Staring from the wonderful design, extra comfortable bed and linens, big shower room and the best balcony (especially in a sunny winter day for morning coffee). The glass is soundproof. Walking outside, you are in a very nice area with min walks to some nice restaurants, market and site visiting. I did not want to leave the room :)

Everything about this hotel was incredible. From the very friendly and welcoming people, to the location, the decor, the rooms, and the breakfast, everything was just wonderful. We usually move around a lot when we travel, but we decided to use Tbilisi as a base and stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and we were so glad we did. It was so nice to come back to the hotel each night after our GoTrip day trips and relax on our balcony with a bottle of Georgian Wine while listening to some live music from the restaurant below. Make sure you choose the hotel booking option that includes breakfast because breakfast at Blue Fox is the best! We left the name of our GoTrip driver, Otari, with the front desk. Make sure you request him. He was amazing and made all of our day trips extra special. I hope all of my friends visit Georgia (country) and I hope everyone chooses to stay at House Hotel. We love Georgia and hope to see you all again! Thank you for an amazing experience.

My wife and I travel often (53 countries so far) and this is one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed in. It is the perfect blend of culture and comfort. The staff is incredible, the beds are comfy, the design is beautiful, the food is 10/10 and the location is so convenient. It’s located on a cute walking street with wine bars and local art. Parking is a small challenge with the tighter Old Town streets but the staff went above and beyond to move their car to help us park. We could not have asked for a better Tbilisi experience!

I ordered the granola and yogurt for breakfast and it wasn't the worst or best. I would order something different next time. There are lots of great options to choose from!

The most perfect location to stay if you wish to visit the city for a relaxed vacation. The staff was amazing, so hospitable, a very comfortable ambience all throughout the location, clean & tidy, balconies are nice and spacious. The food at the restaurant is also amazing, their included breakfast & also the a la carte menu. Everything about this vacation was just enhanced thanks to this wonderful hotel. We had a great stay and Blue Fox definitely had a significant role!

Where to start! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel staff checked in on us before we arrived and asked if we needed any assistance with anything and shared a list of things to do in Tbilisi. The staff were amazing, especially Dito, Nino and Nini. They are so hospitable, friendly, helpful and an overall pleasure to deal with. The room was perfect! We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the picturesque courtyard, the bed was beyond comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom for winter was wonderful. The location of the hotel could not have been better, it was in walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see, anything from a 5 min walk to maximum a 20 min walk. The Blue fox restaurant also makes delicious food for dinner, definitely try the beef cheeks and a glass of saperavi! Can't wait to come back!
