Unlike the generally cold and unwelcoming service sector in Georgia, the staff at Constant Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They did their best to ensure a comfortable stay. They even forgot to give us the entrance card at check-in, but they sincerely apologized and offered a free night’s stay as compensation—this truly shows their commitment to customer satisfaction! The hotel’s location is perfect—just a 4-5 minute walk to Freedom Square, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and markets nearby. Another great advantage is that there is usually parking available in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the ones with balconies offer a nice city view. Overall, a fantastic stay with a welcoming atmosphere, central location, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended

The hotel was gorgeous and super clean and the girl at the reception desk were excellent. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Beautifully renovated hotel, located near major attractions, close to the Bridge of Peace and the Clock Tower are reachable by foot within two-three minutes. Freedom Square, Sulphur Baths and lower station of the cable car to Narikala are also comfortably within walking distance. Easy access to the restaurants, shops and Liberty Square and metro station. Everything about this property was outstanding. From the moment i stepped foot i were blown away by their excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you all, I certainly will be back again!

We had a great experience booking this apartment in Tbilisi! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly during check-in. We even got our room earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a cute balcony. Towels, bathroom amenities, and bed linens were all fresh and tidy. Having a kettle in the room was a nice bonus. Early checkout was no problem at all—the staff agreed without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, places such as Bridge of Peace or the Clock Tower are reachable by foot within two-three minutes. There was hot water available, and I especially appreciated the coffee provided at the reception in the mornings. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Everything about the hotel was very nice. The staff was very polite, the room was perhaps the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, the bed was very comfortable. It is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind, I have already recommended it to a few of my friends and pancakes and filter coffee were offered for breakfast, but I did not have the opportunity to have breakfast because I left very early on both days of my stay. In summary, as a young woman traveling alone, I was very pleased! Thanks for everything! Also, the room was just like the photos.

It seemed a little strange that the hotel was inside a building. I thought the whole building was a hotel.

Fantastic location! About 5 minutes to Freedom Square or Peace Bridge, making it an excellent base for exploring. Staff were very flexible, helpful and communicative. Room was spacious, we had a balcony, it was a great place to stay!

Our bathroom stank! Everything was clean but I think there was a plumbing issue that made it constantly reek.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Tbilisi. Only few minutes away from the city center and Liberty Square metro station. The staff was available almost all day for any concerns. The room was very big and spacious, clean and equipped with all the essentials for a short-term stay.

Good location, close by al of places. Free coffee in the morning which is very nice. Staff very friendly and available for most of the time. Had a really nice stay here.

Very difficult to find the place as there is no name of the place outside the building especially if you don't have WiFi or data or call minutes, had to ask the taxi driver to call, luckily he did it.

The location was perfect for exploring the tourist attractions such as Bridge of peace, Mother of Georgia, clock tower, etc. It's walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and safe play to stay. Recommended for couples and younger travelers. Please tip the staff :)

No lift. We felt bad for Fedor (front desk manager) as he insisted to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor. The pillows were a little too bulky too. Overall the place is worth the price.
