Nice rooms, great shower, comfortable bed. Nice plentiful breakfast.

It can be a little noisy externally with late nightlife but I think that’s the price to pay for a great location

Despite having an upgraded room our room looked straight out over the restaurant so not much privacy

The location was sufficient for me, I chose this hotel only because of it, but anyway the location is perfect. The hotel area is really beautiful, we loved it. The room was stylish, large window with perfect view. One of the most cosy places I've seen. Close to many attractions as far as I understand, I was there on business and haven't seen much. Really a charming place.

No elevator. This is not their fault, you can know it from the hotel description, but I didn't pay attention. The staff helped me with the luggage and I thank them very much once more, but if it's difficult for you to climb stairs please take it into account.

Good location for walking and exploring the city. Room was spacious and clean.

Note - no lift and reception is on first floor. Hard work carrying cases up two flights of stairs before you even get to reception. Breakfast very disappointing. Had to ask for my room to be serviced. Rooms look over restaurant below so was noisy until early hours of the morning.

Breakfast was basic but good, although the dining room was a little hard to find the first morning. The location is great, however due to the central location the noise from the street late a night is quite loud...so not the best if you are a light sleeper. The room was clean and suited the purpose (weekend break), although would probably prove too basic for an extended stay.

Hotel Zeg is fantastic in every way. The rooms are extremely comfortable and modern, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the WiFi connection was excellent. The air conditioning in the room was outstanding - something that is definitely needed in august! The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and they helped us out in our time of need. We missed our early morning flight from Tbilisi and they allowed us to stay in our room past the check out time whilst we organised alternative arrangements. Thank you so much Hotel Zeg.

The hotel location was perfect for all the sites I wanted to visit within the city. There were plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room allocated was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast provided was good with hot and cold options. This is the 2nd time I have stayed in the hotel and would stay again if I was returning to Tblisi.

I think the room would have benefitted from window blinds or net curtains.

The location is amazing! Its in the old city, but the main streets are walking distance away. I totally recommended staying in this area instead of hotels on the main streets. The staff were nice, i got an early check in because my arrival was very early.

My room was almost directly beside the reception, you could hear sometimes whenever people are walking. Other than that everything was good.

In the center of the old city. Nice rooms and furniture. Quite cozy and not so expensive for the service provided. Overall a nice location for a trip

the walls are too thin and the hotel is just on topo of a restaurant that works until late in the night... thus, it can be really noisy and one should keep the windows closed not to be bothered
