The property was very near Liberty Square so it was very convenient. Lots of food places nearby, grocery, even the mall and it’s near the places we wanted to visit. All walkable distances. It’s quiet as well so you can sleep great. Only thing is that I like to sleep in the dark but the AC’s light makes the room a little bright as well as the stained glass on the door but I still slept fine. Other than that, everything was great. The room especially was so chic. Very beautiful. Clean bathroom. Clean towels, slippers and toiletries were provided. The owner was also super nice. We communicate via online translator and it wasn’t a problem at all. Next time I come back, I’ll stay in the same place. I recommend :)

The location was great and host was nice. We have everything what we needed in our room, AC was working well. It was good place for short stay.

Unluckily the bathroom and the sheets in bed were not very clean.

Beautiful and well located. With such a classic design, it is really worth it staying here. I stayed during august and air conditioning was almost not needed since the building is well designed. It is also clean and tidy, fantastic.

All the instructions are written in English and Russian, but not in Georgian, which I think is important since it is Tbilisi old town.

Location is the best, very easy to come from the airport, to get to the subway station, it's about 5 min walk and with the subway to the train station. Old town is in the walking distance. The staff Daviti is very helpful and friendly. We could Check in early because pf our flight, thank you so much.

The shower wall should be cleaned regularly with anti-fungus spray.

Clean room and facilities, close distance to walking to the square, Narikala and other places, quiet room, owner was very friendly and helpful.

Just be aware there’s no manned reception. On arrival you’ll need to message or call the owner for access and check in. The details are on the hotel door. It only took a few minutes to sort, no problem.

Location is just an amazing. In the heart of Old Town. Close to everything.

We stayed in room no.7 and internet was just non existing there. We have been struggling with internet for a 3 days. They need to improve this,because internet nowadays is very important.

Nice sized room with air conditioning and ensuite. The bar fridge was really handy, too. Nino was very friendly and helped us with some tips for the area, as well as using the washing machine (even found us some drying racks). The location is great, easy walking distance to all attractions and many bars and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing. The room is ground floor looking onto the street, but the windows can be opened vertically so always felt secure.

The place was very close to all the main attractions in the city.The most wonderful part was Rezo, the caretaker. He treated me like family and ensure that I'm safe.he walked w me to places i needed to be like the currency exchange,made chocolate drink coz it was very cold.he gave me directions on how to go around the city.his favorite word when you ask him for anything is NO PROBLEM,indeed.my stay was perfect and will stay again when i go visit Tbilisi. We lived on the ground floor, so it was a bit noisy from the outside, though that was rare and the upside was having a quick access to the yard
