I could not have asked for a more ideal place to stay in the heart of Tbilisi. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions and sites to see. The staff are amazing. Thank you Lili for doing so much to make us feel welcome and for getting our room ready early (we were travelling overnight, hadn't slept and I had a meeting at 4pm - every effort was made to get us into our room asap so that I could rest). The rooms themselves are nothing short of amazing. The space, the facilities, the level of comfort. I stayed for a full week here and absolutely would again. If you find Paskunji available next time you're in Tbilisi I highly recommend.

Additional soundproofing between rooms/hallways would be beneficial but this wasn't anything that was very challenging. Paskunji still deserve the 10/10 for what you get!

Very friendly host, Lili and helpful staffs. They have everything prepared before I reached the apartment. Always making sure that we are all well-taken care of. Loved the loft and the design of the apartment! Comes with a mini kitchen, Washing and Drying Machine which allows us to do our laundry while we’re in Tbilisi. Will definitely come back again when I am visiting Tbilisi!

Abit sad that there is no lift, but hey! It’s a 200 years old building and back then, lifts are not invented. So no complaints! Anyways my son enjoys climbing up and down the stairs keeping him busy while my husband and I bringing in/out the luggage 😅😂

I had an amazing stay at Paskunji Residence. The hotel is very clean, stylish, and in a great location-just a short walk to Freedom Square and the Old Town. My room had everything I needed and was super comfortable. But the best part was the staff. Lili, Gio, Arzoo, and Nau were all incredibly kind and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile, helped with anything I needed, and gave great suggestions about where to go and what to do. I really felt cared for and welcomed like family. It's one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Thank you to the whole team for making my trip so special. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.❤️❤️

The room is compact but has everything you need and perfect for those who spend time enjoying what Tbilisi has to offer! It is very modern, super clean, the bathroom is sparkling and has modern equipment (bidet shower, washing machine, towels dryer). There is a small kitchenette with pretty dishes and all that nesessary. The bed sheest are soft and very pleasant. There are several heating/cooling devices in a room including an air purifier! The galleria stairs has anti-slip stickers and the night led step guide. And the staff is super nice and attentive!!! We felt like visiting family. The location is super central

Great location. We were close to everything, all within walking distance of the property. Lili (our main contact) was very helpful before our stay by updating us on the room we booked. Then, 2 nights after we had arrived she gave us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with a larger bed as my wife had wanted a larger bed. We stayed for 8 nights in total. First, we were in rm 12 (2 nights), then we were upgraded to room 10 (6 nights). This is a small boutique hotel with self catering facilities. Modern renovated studio apartments & rooms in a charming Tbilisi typical old town building. We loved the extra touch with the filtered water available in the common area. Thanks Lili and staff at Paskunji Residence for a great stay.

We had some maintenance issues but they were all fixed reasonably quickly.

the location is superb, almost right at the liberty square. The place is very clean and it's also a historical building that is 200 years old, renovated with love. The space is organised with care and attention to details - it has everything that is needed for a longer stay, even washing machine and an iron is available. The bed is super comfortable! Especially I would like to thank the host Lili, who was helping me out with my late check in, provided all necessary information in advance, and then she also gave us tips to find the best local bread and cheese 💛 hospitality is a true Georgian treasure!

The Location is perfect in the old town I had a balcony overlooking the street which is full of good restaurants cafe and bars which was great for people watching The kitchen is fully fitted for two people washing machine ironing board the shower was of a high standard

As I mentioned I had a balcony at the front of the building and across the road is a night club, which actually played great music, but you may want to take some earplugs I dont think this is a problem at the back of the building

Perfect location in the heart of Tbilisi but not super crowded or "touristy". Spacious apartments with high ceiling, good temperature control and quiet AC. Thick curtains block sunlight well. The personnel was remarkably friendly and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants nearby was a big bonus. A gated parking lot in a short walking distance was included in the price. We stayed for 10 days before going on a road trip outside of Tbilisi. We initially planned on staying at a different place after coming back but ended up changing our plans and decided to stay at Paskunji Residence again.

We recently stayed in Tbilisi with our family, and it was the best experience we’ve had in any accommodation. Lili and George made us feel right at home with their incredible hospitality. We stayed in the loft apartment, which was not only stylish but also had everything we needed. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, and having a washing machine with detergent was a huge plus, especially with a baby. The location was unbeatable—right on one of the best streets for restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from Freedom Square. It was the perfect spot for exploring the city. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!
