Everyting is great, Great location inside old town area nearby is walk-able and you can reach many touristic places by max 5 mins, Rooms are pretty clean and cosy, good view to old town, You can enjoy restuarant on ground floor which serves the traditional local and european cuisine, Staff reception was friendly and helpful, Especially I would like to mention Ms. Tamo was handling things smootly and professionlly, She was very helpful and managed all what we needed and offered late check-out as well,, I havent ever seen such a friendly and special service to customers what she did, We highly appreicate Ms.Tamo and all hotel staff to Highly recommend this hotel,, I strongly beleive that It is the best one in Tbilisi.

There was not to like

The location was very good and easy to reach everywhere. Very close to all tourist attractions. The breakfast was good, I can say that all our requests were met. They have very polite and courteous staff. Thank you for your interest.

A modern hotel in the middle of old Tbilisi, close to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping center. The room was convenient we had a beautiful view from the 4 floor. The staff was nice we arrived late ,recommended a good restaurant near the hotel. I do recommend the hotel we stayed 4 nights its fun returning from a trip to the heart of the city

Breakfast was ok could have fresher bread. The carpest had some stains. otherwise it was great

The Glarros Old Town hotel is nothing other than a gem in the broadest sense of the word. From the unique contemporary design elements - which incidentally compliment the ancient streets of the Georgian capital -the young, energetic and service orientated staff, to the fresh/flavourful/varied breakfast buffet offerings, the Glarros offfered nothing other than the highest level of service and pampering. I won't dwell on the superlatives other than to say that Tamo and Giorgi at the front desk should be commended for their friendly and professional approach. Top marks all around!

The hotel has recently opened and is therefore naturally experimenting with how to best provide service to its guests. One of these is the volume of muzak in the common areas such as the breakfast / restaurant area, lifts and lobby. This of course is a matter of taste but i would prefer a softer volume.

We stayed at the hotel during December, the hotel staff greeted us at the door, helped with our luggage, they were more than welcoming at every opportunity, even when we needed to leave a bit later on our last day. The hotel and room are new, it was clean and tidy, and our overall feeling was that the room is fresh and inviting. Location wise, this place is dead in the center, we managed to go by foot to all the major locations. Breakfast was okay, there was a lot to choose from and we left on a full stomach every day. The service at the restaurant was also great, always inviting and caring for us and our needs.

Due to its central location, there was noise from the outside, buses, motorcycles, generic yelling - not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind.

The location of this hotel is truly unmatched, very good!

The toilet in our room broke, and they moved us to a room with two beds pushed together, which made it uncomfortable to sleep, but it’s nothing serious.

Having returned after 10 days to the Glarros, I felt like I was returning home. The exceptional staff at the front desk and in the Gastromania restaurant were so very welcoming. Megi, the front desk manager and her wonderful staff including Luka and Anri treated me like royalty, going out of their way to accommodate my requests. Again, Tata and George in the Gastromania restaurant were so kind and generous to me, spoiling me like a child! Breakfast was brilliant as always with the staff providing perfect food and service. I apologize for not being able to list specific names but they were quite exceptional. Last but certainly not least, again Maia, head of housekeeping, was so kind, friendly and efficient. One couldn't ask for a nicer employee who always made me feel so welcome. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! You'll always be warmly remembered.

A truly phenomenal hotel that checks all the boxes. Perfect location, exceptional room. Quiet, clean with excellent internet. What's even more amazing is its wonderful staff on every level. Luka, Anri and others on reception were friendly, efficient and spoke excellent English, going out of their way to assist me. The restaurant, Gastromania, was superb. Manager, Tata, was so kind and generous to me. Much appreciated while the waiter, George, went far beyond the call of duty. Amazing food and wine and great service. The cleaning staff was amazing with Maia going out of her way to welcome me and provide me with first class service.

Nothing! The hotel is an exceptional place with no flaws that I could detect. I travel thw world and this hotel is certainly a traveller's dream.

Hotel Glarros is amazing, it surpassed our expectations! The location is amazing, in the center of the city with all the amenities nearby like supermarkets, coffe shops, pharmacies, metro station and bus stations. The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We even extended our booking by one night and arranged it in less than 5 minutes. The building is a modern architecture see through design, with full scale glass facades and with the natural light bathing the communal spaces of the hotel. The rooms are carefully designed with all the comforts, with heating and hot water being always available. Totally recommend booking your stay there if planning on visiting Tbilisi! Plus, special shoutout to our cleaning room service Jeyna (hope I'm writing this correctly) for maintaining our room like new every single day, thank you!
