We stayed at the hotel for over a week. The main reason this hotel truly deserves its five-star rating—beyond its excellent central location—is the wonderful staff who created a warm, home-like atmosphere while providing five-star service and beyond. Nino, Vika, and Alexandra at the front desk took care of every request, Ia the amazing housekeeping supervisor, Angelica the chef, and the lovely Nina, along with the rest of the team—thank you all for a wonderful stay. You gave us a sense of home with the standards of a luxury hotel. Your effort and dedication are truly commendable. You prepared breakfast according to our requests, no matter what time we woke up. Free coffee and treats throughout the day, unlike many other hotels, and the charming outdoor seating area made us feel that this hotel genuinely cares about its guests. Without a doubt, we’ll return to you—and to beautiful Georgia. Thank you also to the hotel managers for the impeccable management and for choosing such an exceptional team. You are the best!!! Location is great. It is a cozy and warm hotel, nicely decorated inside and outside. The staff is always helpful about the requests of the guests.

It might be noisy sometimes, the cafe area is located just beneath the rooms so you can hear all the noises if there are people sitting on the tables. The bedroom, the bed, the sheets and the bathroom are clean. But there is a mold problem on the silicons in the shower cabin. They have to be taken off, cleaned and replaced by new ones.

A very nice boutique hotel with 6 quiet rooms in the old town of Tbilisi, very close to central Liberty Square. I moved from 1st to 2nd floor, room 203, and enjoyed the brightness, the peaceful atmosphere and the and the view. Tastefully decorated and equipped room with everything you need in a hotel room nowadays, including WIFI. The breakfast on the small terrace with local products was marvellous. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor, but I didn't eat there.

Why do hoteliers install shower equipments you need half an hour to understand how it works and where hot water is arriving only after 10 minutes??

Really nice hotel, in the middle of Tbilisi Old Town. You can walk to all the main attractions. Staff is very helpful and always available, they also helped me arranging the transfer to the hotel since my flight arrived 3am. Breakfast was plenty. Overall a great stay!

Internet struggled a bit. I had to take some work calls and I had some issues but eventually the internet came back.

The staff was very welcoming, they were very professional and caring about the guests. I felt at home in this hotel because the amazing staff gives a feeling of home. The hotel itself is decorated in an ancient and beautiful way, I really liked the design inside and out. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is excellent The owner is very nice The hotel is perfect, perfect and once again perfect!! If you are looking for a hotel with good food, in a great location and great staff, this is the place Worth every dollar.

I liked everything

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as it's exactly right in the center of the city. There are a lot of great restaurants, shops and interesting touristic places nearby. The staff are all very professional, friendly, and ready to help with their smiles all the time. Especially Viki with her smile face. The breakfast is good. Like at home.

Parking. Narrow streets and not easy parking. But, it is part of the old city.

I had a great stay at this little cozy hotel. The location was excellent—very central and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it!

The property is in the deep heart of the old tbilisi, just a walking distance to freedom square, restaurants are everywhere, i like the vibes arounds the hotel, the hotel was really quite and peaceful. Highlybrecommended.

Only the shower, its no friendly to use. But other than this all was good.

i love the location it's very accessible to everything. it is located in the heart of the city just less than 5 minutes walk. neighborhood is safe even late nights.

Don't get me wrong the breakfast looks amazing very well presented and cooked by the wonderfull staff. It's just not for me I hope they served more or some meat next time.

The personal touch. We arrived in the very early hours of the night. The taxi couldn't get through to the hotel due to cars blocking the street. The receptionist personally came out and helped us with our luggage. We then went to bed & got up after breakfast had finished. The owner then offered to provide us with breakfast well after hours.
