Nice, neat and clean. A much bigger room than I was expecting - more like a junior suite. The bed was amazing, I really like the mattress topper. So comfortable 😴 Front desk staff were friendly and talked me through the hotel amenities.

A few things: I checked in Saturday. That night they had an event in the restaurant where they played music SO LOUD that the furniture in my room was shaking. I actually thought there might be another speaker in my room it was so noisy. I called reception at 2330hrs and they said it would be quiet at midnight. It was still going at 0030hrs so I called again and they finally turned it down. Luckily on Sunday and Monday night it was quiet, so just be aware when booking especially over Fri/Sat nights. Also, the room I was in faced the road. There is quite a bit of road noise in the morning so perhaps ask for a quieter room if you're a light sleeper. My Bose Ear Buds saved me in this instance 😊

the breakfast staff - we stayed 2 days first day 15 minutes late 2nd day the breakfast wasn’t even ready at 8:30 - the room amenities wasn’t all there we had to call several times to get the robes, shaving essentials etc.

It was an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of the old town and yet very peaceful. Everything was within walking distance, all the sights and interesting places. The staff was friendly, helpful and very hospitable, especially Waho and David. Housekeeping was perfect, breakfast was quite hearty. The only thing we wish there were mirrors in the room, it would be more comfortable that way. If we visit this city again we will definitely stay at this place.

My husband was rushed to hospital on our second day of our week long stay, the staff at the Theory were amazing and so very caring. We would like to sincerely thank them all, and a special mention to David. I totally recommend everyone stays at the Theory, we will definitely be going back and staying again.

There is nothing we did not like. The Theory Hotel is centrally located to everything. One little thing that might help, taxis got a little confused as the road frontage is not off Freedom Square but a narrow street behind. Not all taxi drivers speak English so having the location written in Georgian on the hotel's business card or a small map may help. Once we knew our way around it was not a problem though.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The reception lady is super sweet and helpful. The location is the best as it's near everything and there are plenty of attractions and restaurants in the area. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, you can find everything you need in the room. Breakfast was bad. Poor varieties and quality of the food. The buffet was less than basic and the service wasn't the best. I suggest they should work more on their FnB service.

Theory Hotel is a lovely, rather small hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (e.g. very good matrass and choice of a soft and a somewhat harder pillow). The bathroom is excellent (I found the hairdryer only on the third day: there is a drawer under the sink, which is easily overlooked), and there is sufficient space in wardrobes. For the breakfast, there is a buffet and also choices from a menu (like eggs benedict, pancakes, etc.). We also had dinner once, which was also very good. The hotel features a marvelous roof terrace with a magnificent view (on some nights, there are DJs). All of this is great, but what we need too highlight is the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, our stay was particularly enjoyable. For instance, they organized a tour to David Gareji for us. All of them were amazing, but we want to thank in particular Mancho and David from the reception, who were just lovely.

There was nothing negative really, I only want to offer as information for future visitors the following: I actually stayed in two different rooms, both on the third floor, one going to the back, one in the front facing the main street. I slept well in both of them, but the one to the front was much noisier, due to traffic, and I actually used ear plugs. Also, when there is a DJ on the roof terrace, one can hear the music.

reception and restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast menu it was a moderate. The location was fantastic..............it was close to every where. I love that area.......

for 5 star hotel it was a small at all. they dont have a 5 star standard room. for example they dont have a tissue on their room or iron or .......also some shortage in restroom

Great location, it's located in the old part of the city and only a couple of minutes walk to the freedom square. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value for money I stayed 3 nights in a room with King's bed for a price of around 500 Lari.

The DJ in the hotel restaurant plays music well into midnight, since my room is in the 2nd floor it was very annoying for me. I complained to the reception desk multiple times about this.

Our stay in this cozy 4-star hotel was a great value for the money we paid. The breakfast was more than adequate and the staff was very helpful and friendly - especially David (the manager?). The staff is 5-star! They kept our suitcases before and after our stay while we explored the city. The location is perfect. We even had a professional haircut just around the corner for just a few gels.

The room was a bit small and the view not so great, but the decor made it look roomy and beautiful. Although they only provided instant coffee in the room (and tea), we had access to fresh and quality coffee at the buffet breakfast.

Very friendly staff, prime location and good condition of the rooms. Service oriented and can offer you a lot of additional options like tours or transfer. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurant nearby and it is easy to get by foot to all main attractions.

The location is a bit tricky when you come with your own car as the old city streets are narrow.
