Proximity to the city center and easy excess to all the sightseeings. Clean well maintained and comfortable. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would like to name Ms. Alina and Ms.Tamari who would get up from their seat and help us to our request.

Main entrance falling into a by lane and steps to entrance are a bit high for older people like us to climb. Security safe fixed in the wardrobe should be relocated at the reasonable body level for operation. It is not possible to bend down for old people for its use. Side bars may be fixed in the bathing area for safety of older guests from falling.

Very spacious room that was kept very clean. Comfortable bed. Free bottled water & the robes and slippers are a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty. There's a small buffet and you can select an item from a menu (things like, eggs benedict, omelette, crepes, pancakes). Location is superb! Right in the centre of everything. Freedom square is a short walk away and so is the old town. You can walk to all attractions and there are cafes, restaurants and shops very nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, although not all of them had great English, but we managed.

Not really something we didn't like, but just a comment for people considering the hotel - It's a small boutique hotel with a tiny lobby (if you can call it that) with a couple of sofas right next to the desk at reception. Apart from the restaurant, there's nothing else apart from the rooms. We like smaller hotels and it suited our needs, but if you like the feeling of a grand hotel with lots of seating, places to hang out and facilities in the common areas, it isn't that. We stayed in an executive suite. We saw that some of the "regular" rooms had a balcony, but our suite didn't. You would have thought that if you are paying more for a bigger room, it would have a balcony as well.

The location was incredible! We were able to reach all our desired destinations by foot! Also, we had an early morning flight and booked a taxi that did not show up to the hotel. The reception staff was so kind and helped us book a ride and totally saved us from missing our flight! The breakfast was nice in their super cute restaurant. We had a great time at Theory Hotel!

We wish we had access to the rooftop area. We were able to go up there for short amounts of time but were asked to leave when we stayed for too long.

We had a honeymoon trip starting in Tbilisi, so it was really pleasuring to start it at Theory hotel. They brought us small sweet gift in the room. It means a lot! Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is located near Liberty square. We were mostly walking or using a taxi for transportation.

We think the hotel should promote their terrace (roof top) much more. It was great to have some drinks there with amazing city view ... just we were alone. It needs visitors.

Nice, neat and clean. A much bigger room than I was expecting - more like a junior suite. The bed was amazing, I really like the mattress topper. So comfortable 😴 Front desk staff were friendly and talked me through the hotel amenities.

A few things: I checked in Saturday. That night they had an event in the restaurant where they played music SO LOUD that the furniture in my room was shaking. I actually thought there might be another speaker in my room it was so noisy. I called reception at 2330hrs and they said it would be quiet at midnight. It was still going at 0030hrs so I called again and they finally turned it down. Luckily on Sunday and Monday night it was quiet, so just be aware when booking especially over Fri/Sat nights. Also, the room I was in faced the road. There is quite a bit of road noise in the morning so perhaps ask for a quieter room if you're a light sleeper. My Bose Ear Buds saved me in this instance 😊

Awesome location, unbelievably friendly, accommodating staff that would do a 5 star hotel proud. Breakfast buffet was very good and very fresh with remarkably great croissants and coffee. Easy walk to Pushkin Park, dry bridge market, mall. Lots if very good resturaunts, including the one in the hotel. Lived the terrace bar and view.

The shower did not drain well and left the floors very wet and slippery

the breakfast staff - we stayed 2 days first day 15 minutes late 2nd day the breakfast wasn’t even ready at 8:30 - the room amenities wasn’t all there we had to call several times to get the robes, shaving essentials etc.

It was an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of the old town and yet very peaceful. Everything was within walking distance, all the sights and interesting places. The staff was friendly, helpful and very hospitable, especially Waho and David. Housekeeping was perfect, breakfast was quite hearty. The only thing we wish there were mirrors in the room, it would be more comfortable that way. If we visit this city again we will definitely stay at this place.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The reception lady is super sweet and helpful. The location is the best as it's near everything and there are plenty of attractions and restaurants in the area. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, you can find everything you need in the room. Breakfast was bad. Poor varieties and quality of the food. The buffet was less than basic and the service wasn't the best. I suggest they should work more on their FnB service.

My husband was rushed to hospital on our second day of our week long stay, the staff at the Theory were amazing and so very caring. We would like to sincerely thank them all, and a special mention to David. I totally recommend everyone stays at the Theory, we will definitely be going back and staying again.

There is nothing we did not like. The Theory Hotel is centrally located to everything. One little thing that might help, taxis got a little confused as the road frontage is not off Freedom Square but a narrow street behind. Not all taxi drivers speak English so having the location written in Georgian on the hotel's business card or a small map may help. Once we knew our way around it was not a problem though.
