I wanted to be near American friends living in Vake, a very nice expat-friendly neighborhood, with many embassies. I could walk to many places I wanted to visit, and taxis were readily available. Lots of good restaurants and stores. I had a Deluxe Double Room with Balconey and I really enjoyed it. Spacious, tasteful, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice desk and chairs. Reception and housekeeping were great, very helpful and co-operative.

My only big disappointment was the pathetic breakfast. A tiny selection of mediocre foods. Only instant coffee and cheap tea bags. Cramped little breakfast room. It is a disgrace not to have fresh-brewed coffee and quality tea, at least. I went to a store to buy my own tea. Shame.

Hotel Genio has a lot of charm & class. The rooms are well laid out, with very comfortable beds, & clean, modern bathrooms & showers. & the free breakfast is excellent..I have no complaints about anything!

The location is great, the reception works 24/7, amazing view from the roof, roof terrace with even better view is available for guests, enjoyed the breakfast a lot, stuff is very helpful and friendly - helped us to prep for the friends’ wedding. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Tbilisi

We liked cleanliness and that we were able to change our hotel room. There is a small grocery store right next to the hotel and Nikora nearby, receptionist said we could come to wine degustation, which was pleasant.

We didn't like our first room, it was right next to the receptionist, it would be really uncomfortable to stay near receptionist, so we asked her to change our room, she agreed, we went to upper floor, added some money.

very good hotel, really up to 4 star rating, with comfortable shower, bed, room temperature control, air flow and etc. Good breakfast. Reliable Internet. parking is quite pissible nearby on the street. Managment is friendly and supportive.

the only issue the hotel isnt close to Old City and major tourist attractions… but taxi resolves it at affirdable cost.

The location is excellent, the bed in the room is very large, and there are blackout curtains for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are quite decent, and the bathroom is equipped with disposable toothbrushes and even combs. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel!

There’s really nothing to complain about. The hotel is excellent overall, and even the heating through the air conditioner works perfectly. Definitely 10/10!

Good location in a quiet area, but within easy reach of the main shopping line and transportation hub. Helpful staff. The room is satisfactory. The layout of the room is standard. The furniture is slightly worn, but not critical. Breakfasts are standard, quite enough for day start. Room have balcony.

There are black spots on the ceiling of buthroom. The exhaust fan is not secured.

I stayed in the hotel for five days. Everything was perfect for me, from the location and the building itself, to the kind personnel, spacious and clean room and the breakfast. There was an excellent internet connection too. Reception works 24/7. Very nice experience and all recommendations.
