It was my second stay at the Gallery Art Hotel. It's an excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean with amazing view! The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as I had to stay in Vake, and this hotel is undoubtedly the best option in the area.

Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable. Fortunately, it didn't bother me much since I had a mobile network (Magti) with good coverage. This year, the hotel introduced breakfast service, but there is room for improvement. The breakfast consisted of dry bread, a rather tasteless omelet, and yogurt. For me, it was more like a morning snack. One important note, unrelated to the hotel itself, is the presence of noisy and sometimes aggressive dogs near the building. They bark at night and even attempted to jump on me one morning. Just be careful.

Rented a room with a kitchen, but there were no kitchen supplies. I was told at check-out that you have to ask the front-desk if you want kitchen supplies (maybe people were stealing supplies??), but if I rented a room with a kitchen, I'm expecting kitchen supplies and don't want to ask :) Other than that, would definitely book again!

Stuff was very friendly. Communication with hotel was excellent, I've got answers right away. Photo on the site exactly like in real suit looks like. It was easy to find hotel ,I read reviews, customers described very clear the way.

Just one moment. I wish to pay the stay online by credit card, I booked this hotel to my sister. They hold a money from credit card, what is fine, but didn't take like a payment... My sister has to pay cash by herself and I have to spend a time to transfer amount for her by Western Union. It was so inconvenient. I was looking for hotel exactly to take a card.

Location -- very central and nice. Terrace -- large and good view to the city.

The wi-fi is almost non existing and when it exists it is painful to use.

Comfrotable and clean room; A lot of space, and high ceillings.

Wifi connection could be better, but it's ok, if you don't need anything special; Breakfasts could be nicer too.

Large sunny room, beautifully furnished, very friendly staff, responsive to all requests. I will be staying at this hotel on my next trips.

WiFi could be faster. But there is a very nice cafe/Coworking downstairs.

It's a good value for money. I liked the location, it's in the center of modern, vibrant Tbilisi, far enough from old city center (which is more for tourists). There are lots of interesting places to discover to eat & drink and co-work. Facilities are good, there is a fitness center and pool in the same building. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It took me a while to find the location. I have passed by it couple of times, before I decided to call the hotel. A better sign on the front door would definitely help. also, it would be nice if hotel could offer some deal on visiting fitness center/pool for hotel guests.

The wifi is horrible, is very slow with periods of full disconnection. This needs to be improved.
