Great location in the city centre - everything you could need is within walking distance. The staff speak Russian and English, very nice and friendly. The room is clean, cleaned every day and free drinking water is provided. Breakfasts included, not too varied but very tasty and hearty. Wonderful service for the price. The hotel also works with an excellent, accredited guide, ideally multilingual (including Russian and English), with a choice of the coolest tours in the whole of Georgia, lasting one or several full days and travelling by car. If you get the chance - it's worth at least trying a tour to Kazbegi, unforgettable experience guaranteed.

The hotel was tastefully appointed. The rooms were were good sized. There was a balcony attached to the room. The room was carpeted, and the carpet seemed to be in a reasonable state. The usual toiletries were provided. The towels were replaced on a daily basis. The bathing area was suitably segregated. Breakfast was a fairly large spread. The reception staff was friendly. On the con side: There was a limited spread of Internet in the room.. they said it was temporary, but this was our experience. They supplied only 2 tea sachets on the first day, nothing on the subsequent day. There was no toilet jet, but that's the norm in Georgia. There was no lift, tho for us no bother, as we were just a floor up. The room where we stayed in faced the road. There was traffic sound for a while. To sum it up, the hotel was well worth the money we spent, not at all a bad place to stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was quite spacious and clean, with everything needed. The breakfast was really great, I enjoyed it a lot. There were a few minor problems in the room, but the overall impression is still great.

The sink was very inconvenient to wash hands. The handle in the shower was broken, so it was impossible to switch between shower modes. Also, the cable of one of the lamps in the room looked like burnt, so I decided not to turn it on.

Quiet hotel, in a good location, with many stores and restaurants nearby. Carrefour supermarket is across the street. Very close to public transportation - buses and Metro. The room was spacious with ample storage. A/C worked well and wifi had a strong signal. Good deal for the price.

There were some very small issues, but it's not fair to complain since I forgot to mention them to the friendly staff while I was there. Maybe they’ve been fixed anyway.

The location was perfect close to many places and very convenient to travel around the city. The staff was very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Very peaceful at night and safe. In general, it is a good place to stay in Tbilisi.

The lighting in the room was not perfect, but was OK! Not bad, but for me I felt it was kind of dim and I needed a stronger source of light. The breakfast was average, not many things to choose from, limited small buffet, but it's OK.

Wonderful hotel, good transport connection, clean, spacious rooms, fridge, always hot water, good breakfast, terrace (small), artistic interior. Carrefour, georgian restaurant are super close.

A bit noisy

I was supposed to stay for a week, but I liked it so much I extended my stay for 9 more nights. ↓My favorite good points about the hotel. The bed was soft and I slept well. They responded to my breakfast request. I can choose which side of the shower you want hot water. Colorful pictures, furniture and decorations. But there is a good sense of unity. Thank you for everyone!

Wi-Fi connection was difficult.

Amazing breakfast! When I needed to leave early for trips, the breakfast lady always prepared a box for me: very thoutful! Good WiFi. Convenient location.

A bit tired interior: mold in the bathroom and leaking hose in the shower.
