I want to highlight the excellent reception at this hotel. The host is a delightful and kind woman, always ready to help and extremely attentive to the guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a high level of cleanliness. It had everything necessary: a hairdryer, a kettle, towels, slippers, toiletries, and a dental care kit. The wifi in the rooms is sufficient for remote work, including calls. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay and will gladly return here again!

There is a sound at the outer entrance door of the hotel that rings every time the door opens. It's not very comfortable, but overall it's fine. Sometimes dogs bark outside, which can be inconvenient during calls, but it doesn't last long.

The rooms are very newly renovated, clean, with comfortable beds and good linen, towels, etc. The toiletries are good as well, 5 towels and slippers, shower gel, shampoo. The owner Nunu is lovely and very welcoming, and you will feel the spirit of Georgian hospitality. The hotel is close to all the nice restaurants, shops, has a beautiful view as well. I felt very comfortable and welcomed in the hotel and loved my stay. Definitely great value for your money!

For those with sensitive knees or disabilities you have to walk up stairs if you’re in rooms 5 and above. But overall it’s good for you after eating khinkali all day ;)

This establishment has quite a few advantages and only a couple of disadvantages "+" pros - Outstanding client service, I managed to order and receive goods from the georgian site through the help of a very kind lady at the reception, who speaks Russian and Georgian - very quiet at nights - good location, in the Saburtalo district - super comfortable bed!, if you are a light sleeper you won't have any issues - hidden trick! I managed to do come research into the TV chanells, 499- CNBC, 551 - Congo TV - heating was on! So it was very cosy and warm in my room

"-" cons - there is a house being erected right next to the hotel, So prepare to do everything you need (including sleep) BEFORE 9am Please note that construction works are carried out even on Sat/Sun - Despite the positive feedback about the breakfast, I can not confirm this. No porridge, scrambled eggs is hardly warm and in general not a wide choice of food - wi-fi connectivity is weak, especially in the evening

The staff is kind, caring, hospitable and eager to help. The breakfast is good and they serve a very nice filter coffee. The rooms are fine, the price is reasonable. Wi-Fi works great and the internet connection is fast. I would totally recommend staying at SABU and would visit again.

The only minor issue is that the curtains were not blackout enough to my taste, but that's really minor.

A small but cozy hotel, there is a garden with real pomegranades and grapes, lobby usually is not crowded so it can be used as coworking area. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in private housing area of the city, so there is no noises at night, which is extra bonus in my opinion.

Shower cabin in bathroom had some loose rubber isolation on door, so there was a small water leakage on a floor after taking shower. I just cleaned it with a foot towel everytime, otherwise the floor stayed wet and slippery.

It was an amazing peaceful place, with an incredible owner. I had the best experience and she updated my room to the suite which had balcony and I had the best time there. I stayed two more days and one of the reasons was the incredible owner and hostess. 🥰🥰🥰

The only problem was the parking situation but it wasn’t that hard to find a good parking spot

The hotel is very nice and clean. My room looked nicer and bigger than at the pics and was very comfortable. The location suits perfect to me. Its a bit farther from a center in hiden small street, so was pretty quite. I had nice breakfest every morning according my wish and time range is really generous. The staff is very helpful and professional. In the fact, this place is at a standards of 4star hotels. I had very comfortable stay.

Its not complaint, may be just a tip for improvement. would be nice to have a kattle, some small coffe and tea selection at a room.

This is the case when a small family business gives the same quality of hospitality as chain hotels like Hilton and Marriott. The hotel is located away from the noisy tourist center, which makes it an ideal place for a peaceful sleep and relaxation. I would like to highlight the Scandinavian design of the rooms with a new and comfortable furnishings. We are traveling with a toddler and we are very careful about the cleanliness of both the room and common areas, Hotel Sabu exceeded our expectations, possibly the cleanest hotel we have been to, 10/10. Breakfasts made us happier, and the hotel staff left a mark on our hearts. Thank you and see you soon.

Very polite stuff. When I've arrived my room was still occupied by previous guest, so hotel offered me an upgrade for a higher class room from the start without making me wait or anything. Very professional and good service.

Maybe I'd like to see little bit more variaty to the breakfast.
