I’ve stayed here many times and keep coming back for a reason. The overall experience is consistently great — clean rooms with strong AC, comfortable beds, and solid dining options. The staff is always warm and welcoming.

The hotel pitches itself as a good spot for remote workers, and to be fair, the co-working space is solid. But it really bothers me that there’s no natural light in there. And the coffee? Honestly, it’s terrible. It’s apparently a local brand owned by the same person who owns the hotel, which is fine — but please offer other options. You shouldn't have to leave the hotel just to get a decent cup. Even a basic AeroPress and a grinder on-site would go a long way.

1. It's dangerous to get down in front of the main entrance of the hotel as its a bus line now which is very dangerous and strange for a hotel entrance. 2. No fridge in the room. 3. AC was not working 4. They don't keep kettle in the room, which means you can't make tea or coffee inside the room.

The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. Its location is good, with easy access to public transportation. The internal courtyard was a particularly lovely feature, filled with numerous plants that create a soothing shaded area, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the well-equipped work rooms, which made it easy to stay productive during my stay.

The hotel had issues with their internal system, which caused confusion regarding breakfast payments. Despite having paid for breakfast in advance, I had to repeatedly prove this to the staff over several days. Unfortunately, no apologies were offered for the inconvenience, which left a bad impression. Additionally, the design of the shower was quite inconvenient, as it led to the entire bathroom floor getting soaked after use.

1. Style – I like the overall style of how Episode was designed, it has the simple, minimal bt retro style that I like. And I love the Atrium, allows ppl to smoke inside and have a peaceful moment. 2. People – Staffs are so friendly and committed to their job, love them! 3. Check in – You can check in on the Computer which is quite convenient

Drop-off Location – The location is fine, bt there's no temporary parking spot near Episode, so we have to get off the car from a certain distance then drag our luggages and walk to the hotel. It didn't bother too much bt it is a perspective that can be improved.

Very clean, perfect design, good wifi, staff Balcony- is a genius way to make instagramable courner without mountines view 😍

Some comments about breakfast, maybe my review will help some body - poor choice for allergic people, for my son with allergy to cow milk were just fruits and vegetables to eat, no alternative types of milk, even cornflakes contain milk🙄 Before arrival I asked a question about this, cause in all trips we pay a lot of attention to it. And the answer was that the choice is big. Ok, fruits and vegetables.... but not for hotel of Episode's level, as for me. I am thankful for waiters on the breakfast who were ready to check product composition for me every morning, but to management, I would advise to get more options on breakfast menu, maybe not for every day, maybe upon a request, but anyway alternative types of milk nowadays are everywhere😏

We stayed at Episode Hotel in Tbilisi and really enjoyed it. The design is stylish, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the self check-in process was smooth. There’s a small gym and a great co-working space — everything was super convenient. The location is also good, not far from a lively street with shops and cafes.

The only downside was the mattress, which was too soft for our taste.

We liked the rooms, and cleanliness of the hotel, the staff were really good, the location of the hotel was good because it was right opposite the police station and supermarkets like Spar and Carrefour, the TV was great (could be easily connected to the phone and earphones, the King room has great space when travelling with family, the crib for the baby was very neat and clean, Super easy to check in and check out

The parking/drop off point was a bit inconvenient

Our room’s AC was not working and it was really cold. Our bathroom’s faucet handle was broken. The most important thing is that there is no security. One night at 03:00 am in the hallway we heard screams by a man for 1 hour and no one did nothing. Our sleep was destroyed that night.

- First of all I choose this hotel for its modern minimalistic style and comfort ! All mod cons! The money paid does worth the price, my double room was comfortable. -Rooms were clean, and room cleaning service was proactive cleaning the room everyday. -I spent 5 days and was satisfied with the hotel! - The guys working in the bar - cafe, are super friendly and communicative. - The food is tasty 🤤, especially mashroom soup and shrimp tempura! - The location was good in general, as I understand it is considered as Saburtalu (one of city centres), it was enough good for me, the embassy was 5 min of walk which I needed, a lot of shops near and even found close beauty salons, and it was easy to take taxi from there and get everywhere i want in 15-20 min, even to OLD Tbilisi centre -There was nice Christmas atmosphere (music and Christmas tree) -There was also co working space and GYM

The light in the room was not enough for me, I wanted to do my work on laptop while siting in the sofa, but that side of the room in the evening was a little dark, so was forced to work prom cafe or co working, but if you don't read or work from your room in that case its ok 2. In general the food was delicious and breakfast as with standart nutrition was good, but as I love to choose more specific healthy nutritions in tea, in daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu was a little boring for me, as I am fan of healthy plates, If you eat standard kitchen than its ok 3.The parking in front of the hotel is hard, taxi drivers were complaining 4. There was no fridge, napkins, teeth brush, robe (robe I asked from service they brought)
