The staff were outstanding. Always available, responsive, and genuinely caring. They checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and were quick to assist with any requests or questions. The location was an 8-11 minutes drive to the center or other nearby attractions like freedom square and other places, it was over an hour walk The stairs were old and the building generally needed renovations as well as the elevator The walls were not soundproof and we woke up a couple of times late at night to the sound of loud music from the neighbors but once we addressed the matter to Maryam it stopped

It's a spacious apartment. Host was responsive and always ready to provide our needs. Cooking pots, kettle and hair dryer were missing, but upon informing the host, he personally visited us to give the items. Highly recommended

Thanks for late check-in at night and meet us. We were unable to check-in into an apartment nearby because of sewage problems that the owners did not warn us about. We found out about it when we arrived. I was happy to find Maxela Apartments nearby to stay one night

Instead of a couch, it would be nice to have a bigger "kitchen". But it was not important for us.

Nothing bad, everything was perfect.

Apartment was beautiful and nice, there were 24/7 supermarkets in the building and it was really convenient for us. Easy access to the restaurants and malls as well, overall location was great. Also, I have to tell that staff was very helpful and friendly, they helped us in every single issue we had during our stay and thank you for this.
