It was convenient and Maryam was helpful and friendly, responsive to our needs, she helped us check in earlier that the expected time which was appreciated

The location was an 8-11 minutes drive to the center or other nearby attractions like freedom square and other places, it was over an hour walk The stairs were old and the building generally needed renovations as well as the elevator The walls were not soundproof and we woke up a couple of times late at night to the sound of loud music from the neighbors but once we addressed the matter to Maryam it stopped

I must tell that my recent apartment-staying experience here left me quite impressed. The apartment was roomy and well-kept, and it had everything I needed for a nice stay. The location of the flat was one feature I really enjoyed. It was in a calm area, away from the bustle of the city center, but still within walking distance of all the sights I wanted to see. Additionally, the apartment provided simple access to public transportation, which was very useful. Overall, if you're searching for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Tbilisi, I would heartily recommend this apartment. The value for the money was excellent, and I would definitely return.

It's a spacious apartment. Host was responsive and always ready to provide our needs. Cooking pots, kettle and hair dryer were missing, but upon informing the host, he personally visited us to give the items. Highly recommended

Thanks for late check-in at night and meet us. We were unable to check-in into an apartment nearby because of sewage problems that the owners did not warn us about. We found out about it when we arrived. I was happy to find Maxela Apartments nearby to stay one night

Instead of a couch, it would be nice to have a bigger "kitchen". But it was not important for us.

Nothing bad, everything was perfect.

Apartment was beautiful and nice, there were 24/7 supermarkets in the building and it was really convenient for us. Easy access to the restaurants and malls as well, overall location was great. Also, I have to tell that staff was very helpful and friendly, they helped us in every single issue we had during our stay and thank you for this. I will come back in several months, so see you soon!

Recently, I stayed at this hotel, and I was quite pleased with the rooms and where it was located. The hotel's rooms were roomy, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the comforts of home. It was a great alternative for both business and leisure travelers due to its central location and easy access to well-known landmarks, culinary establishments, and public transit.

My apartment was very clean, comfortable and prices was better than in other apartments which I found in Tbilisi in terms of quality. All services which I requested were done! Those days while I stay in apartment was sunny and very hot and air conditioner was working also properly. Where is very good atmosphere, all staff especially manager Natia helped me in everything. She planned for me amazing trip in Kakheti, where I had unforgettable time. Thank you again for your effort.
