We liked the location. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

There was a bad smell in our bathroom. Sewage smell and smoking smell from time to time. The bathroom needs some repair in the standard room.

Value for Money, decent-sized rooms with the toilets having bidet spray. The breakfast was also decent

The property location was not central. We made a mistake in selecting the property. Having said that there was not much to complain. Other than the fact that we had to take a cab back and forth a tad too much. Stay was comfortable, Breakfast was okay, Staff could have been a bit more knowledgeable in terms of what the city can offer to tourists etc etc

The time of a breakfast was good (since 8 am to 11 am) The bed was comfortable It was quiet, so we didn't hear our neighbours It was super clean and cleaning crew cleaned our room even in non-cleaning hours (special thanks to that!)

It's not a minus, but more like a recommendation - add boxes, cases, etc. And if it's possible add safe boxes with more space. In addition, I'd recommend to write in the instruction for safe box that button "reset" is inside (it was not mentioned) Perhaps, you can shift breakfast 30 minutes earlier (to have more comfort to go to different guided tours)

This hotel was close to the place that I needed to visit for work so the location was a deal-breaker for me. But the hotel is very good - cozy rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast, quite.

The only thing I didn't like is that taxi drivers have problems with driving up exactly to the entrance. Most of the time they stop a little to the side, so one has to walk to the hotel like a couple of minutes. Doing this with suitcases in +35C might not be the best way to start your day :) Don't think it's the hotel's fault though

I would rate my experience as average. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

While the hotel was perfectly fine, it lacked some of the personality and charm that I look for in a hotel. Also, it may not be the best option for those who want to be within walking distance of the city center. However, if you don't mind a bit of a commute or plan to use taxis or public transportation, it's still a decent choice.

If you are coming by car, expect a nightmare. The driveway to their parking area is not known to the navigation apps, which send you to nearby narrow alleys with heavy two way traffic and nervous drivers. We ordered a pick up by a local tour company, and even they could not find how to get there. I communicated with the property in advance and asked if they had parking. They answered they did, but did not bother to give me detailed directions how to get there, knowing how impossible it was.

I enjoyed my recent stay in this hotel. The lady in reception recomended us several restaurants nearby and we were much satisfied with her advice. Both of these, we have tried from her list were good. The rooms were spacious. really clean. air conditioner worked perfectly, there was silent and pleasant stay. Bed was comfortable, bed sheets and towels in perfect condition. Breakfast was good. There were lots of shops nearby.

location was quite complicate to come with car, there were no directions how to enter to the teriitory of hotel.

There was a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide assortment of foods to choose from. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I got a big room that had a great view of the city.

I really can't complain about anything, except maybe to say the hotel is a little dated and could do with a revamp, but that would be stretching it. Also seemed a little hard to find for the taxi drivers, as the first took me to some other Art Hotel, and the second didn't know how to get into the property.
